If your going to use a fence company don’t use this one. I dealt with them on a $100,000 post fencing job at Lishakill Sports Complex in Colonie. Fence posts heaved on 3 of the 5 fields. Why? Footings weren’t close to being deep enough for the soil structure. When they installed foul poles, they didn’t powder coat the galvanized poles they just painted them. The finish peeled in 2 years time. On a $100,000 contract. Now they put a fence at my neighbor’s back property. While doing this proceeded to drive on my side lawn without permission. Left a steel Dingo loader scoop on my lawn on an 89° day and burnt it out good. Who does that? Not a professional that’s for sure. You can’t leave gaged steel on turf for hours at a time in 89° weather and not think it’s going to burn it out. On top of that track a Dingo back and forth on the safe turf and not think your going to leave stressed out crown damage on the plant. How do I know? Because I’m a Golf Course Superintendent. Just another company that show no respect for neighboring properties at their job site. Welcome to the JackA-Ninnie World of contracting Afsco. End line go use Back Yard Fence or someone else.

I worked with Chris W. from AFSCO for a pool fence project who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout purchasing, design / layout and installation phases. Even though they were very busy with other customers, Chris was able to accommodate my project schedule. Shortly after install I had an issue with a gate latch, I contacted Chris and he personally came to address the issue same day (was not expecting that speed) and fixed my problem to allow me to resolve an issue needed to pass the inspection. Other than that minor issue I did not have any other concerns with the install or material. I am very happy with the product, install, customer service and the support. From beginning to end, it was a pleasure doing business with AFSCO Fence. The salesman, Chris, was informative without using any sales pressure at all, which I very much appreciated. The quality of the fencing (I chose 6 foot white vinyl) is excellent, and the crew was professional, experienced, and skilled. My yard presented quite a few challenges, but they rose to the challenge and did a realy fine job. I couldn’t be happier.

I called for an estimate and didn’t hear back, so I called again and never heard back again. I wasted 20 mins of my time giving my informational pictures to the secretary.
