I spoke with Maria and she told me she would email the paperwork for the permit and to email it back with my survey. I did just that as soon as I received it. Two days later not a word from Maria. I texted her and asked her what was the next step and to please give me an update. The text showed READ but no response from her. The next day I waited again nothing from her. I texted her again and told her to forget about the project since she hasn’t bothered to call or text me and I have no idea what’s going on. One hour late Maria calls with an attitude to tell me that the permits take 4-6 weeks. I asked if she submitted the permit papers and she says no. Well now we are going on two weeks of wasted time because she doesn’t submit the paperwork and doesn’t bother to tell me anything. She tells me she will go the following Monday. Well Monday came and went, Tuesday and today is Wednesday and not a word from Maria. I called the permit office and nothing had been submitted. I texted Maria and told her to cancel everything that I already contacted another contractor. Please save yourself the aggravation and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
