I moved from Arizona to Helena this summer. I contacted Helena Fence re: fencing my new property. I told them I had not physically seen the property but wanted to get the fencing going prior to arriving in Helena. Doug in sales handled the proposal effort and Alicia took it from there. The project had a couple of hiccups unrelated to Helena Fence. Alicia took over and resolved everything. The customer service is impeccable. The project turned out gr8 and the cost was very reasonable. Doug and Alicia are truly assets to the organization.

We sought multiple quotes from multiple businesses for vinyl fencing in the Helena area and we had a hard time even getting anyone to respond. Helena Fence Co., on the hand, was quick to respond and provided us with professional feedback on our fencing needs the same day we reached out. Within short order we had a viable quote, which was pleasantly affordable, and we went into contract. Throughout the process they were beyond professional, polite, and made sure we were on the same page every step of the way. The quality and integrity of the work performed was exceptional! Our fence looks amazing, our large double gates are solid as a rock, and everything is as it should be. If you need any fencing needs do not waste your time with the other companies and just call these folks. You won’t be disappointed.

The Good The overall quality of the fence (other than the issues that were never fixed) seems solid. The General Manager brought temporary fence panels so that we could let our dog out while the fence was being built, which he didn’t have to do. This was a nice gesture and he seemed like a good guy. The Bad The team installing the fence worked slowly. This was a 3 day job that lasted for weeks. I had a hard time getting them to call me back and sometimes they didn’t show up to work on the day they told me they would. I understand that they were busy but this was excessive. They cut through my neighbor’s internet line, which had been clearly located, and assumed it was a dead line until my neighbor alerted them days later. Once the cable was fixed by the internet company, Helena Fence Co. left it exposed. I had several issues with the finished fence, which I asked them to remedy. They didn’t show up for weeks until I called them again. When they did show up, they fixed one of the three issues.

Darren and his crew did a great job. I couldn’t believe how fast my fence went up. They didn’t leave a mess, parked respectfully and were cool with our dogs and my family. Highly highly recommend.
