Terrible customer service. I had 90 feet of chain link fence put in my yard to keep my small dogs from getting out. The fence was placed too high so my dogs could get right under it. I called to get the matter rectified, I just wanted the fence to be lowered. I called for MONTHS, and left messages. The owner Mike ignored my calls until I finally gave up. Loser company in my opinion.

Our new fence looks great! George and the rest of the staff were very thorough. They kept us up to date during the entire process while we waited for our materials. When they arrived, they had their guys out the very next day. Highly recommend Hammond fence!

If you need fence parts, this is the place to go first. Very friendly, helpful people. They also rent Penske trucks.

Actually went to rent a truck and met the owner and he’s a great guy. I’m sure he’d take excellent care of you if you wanted to but a fence or fence material from him!

Called for estimate and no one ever got back to me. Been about a month and I can’t even get someone on the phone to give me estimate. Terrible business, don’t recommend

We were recommended Hammond fence. We called for a quote, had to wait over a month to get it. Dude calls the day of says he’s going to be a few hours late due to truck issues, okay fine whatever it happens. He shows up, measures, tells me he’ll get back to us in a couple of days. Never heard anything a week later. I called, left a voicemail. Nothing. Called again, nothing. 3 weeks later decide to give one last call and someone picked up and said that the guy was out of office and he needed to be there to give me the quote because they weren’t sure and that they’d tell him to call me the next day. It’s been 3 days now since then. Like we really need a fence before winter and it’s been a two months process now with these people and STILL haven’t got our quote. Maybe their work is good but their communication is awful, they’re unprofessional, and I’m over it. Clearly don’t care about their customers or gaining new clients.
