Awesome customer service. Bought and had my fence installed in 2021. In a recent storm my fence post broke. However my warrant already expired. Spoke with Dwayne who sent a crew to replace it. GLFC Really look out for their customers!!!

I had a fence installed 3 years ago. it’s in terrible shape now. The company’s management is also very rude. I’m obviously not the only person to have issues with them since they have a 3.9 rating on google.

Such a great company! Did wonderful work quick and efficient. Beautiful fence! Workers were absolutely wonderful all around! Deffinatley recomend Great Lakes Fence for your fencing needs.

I had my beautiful Great Lakes fence installed in the early 2000s, this year 2023 I had a problem with the gate, windstorm damaged it and I called GLF, salesman Rich came out and gave an estimate and I was surprised with the quickness of the crew when they came out and replaced the damaged gate with a beautiful stronger new one, all done at a reasonable price. November 2023 I noticed one of the posts from my fence in the backyard was rising I called GLF, shared the information with the receptionist, and on a Monday Rich came out and viewed what I was talking about, The same week on Thursday the crew was out to correct the problem. I was very impressed with the care of this company to its customers, again I had my fence installed in the early 2000s it is now 2023 and GLF is still making me a happy customer!! Thank you GLF.

On October 23,2023 . I had a six foot privacy fence installed. The workers where on time and vey professional Thank you Great Lakes Fencing Company for installing my fence.

I would not even give a single star the worst customer service. It was one of the worst experiences with this fence company, especially the customer service and communication. I had to call and follow up, right from the beginning, after waiting for a month, I called to check and then came to know they have not followed up with the city council for approval, after I called they followed up and I asked them to let me know repeatedly, no one bothers to communicate, I left voice mail but no response and then I finally y I called again course it’s my job to follow up since they were not responding and communicating. I came to know that while filing for the approval they forgot to mention the bush and that delayed the process, I followed up and come to know so until then there has been no communication from the company, and being a frustrating customer I have been following up and calling to check. After 8 weeks I checked and called again the super rude girl responded yes it’s been approved and we will call u next week to let u know about the date of installation. I waited till next Friday at 3 p.m. and called again and that girl said we would call next week, at that time it was super frustrating and I said NO I need to know now. The girl who works there is super rude and has no sense of talking instead she was counting my voice messages, but no one has returned the call. Finally, I got it scheduled and it rained after the first day, and no one bothered to call, and Inform me that they were not coming or when are they coming. Again I had to call. and was informed that they were coming the next day, The fence doors are wobbly, there is a gap, and no one called to check on the work. PLEASE DON’T HIRE THEM!!!! I moved from NC and posted on FB and got their name. Please check the review before following the FB recommendations.

We really enjoyed working with Jim Gallagher and Great Lakes. He walked us through every step of the process from getting the survey done, to grading the land for the best possible results to installation. He was extremely positive about the company and the installation team. Overall it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The fence has only been up for a few days, but we have really enjoyed our new space. Also, by doing things right, we learned we had a much larger yard than we initially thought. We are truly appreciative of our experience. We couldn’t have worked with abetter company.
