Luis was an outstanding employee who did the work. He ensured that the work was done to our specifications. He went above and beyond to do a fantastic job. I contacted with Chesley Fence and Deck for two new fences. A black vinyl chain linked fence and a special order vinyl fence. The black vinyl fence was installed last week and it looks fantastic. It replaced a green chain linked fence that was installed by Chesley around 45 years ago. Everyone from Chesley was most helpful and very professional (Natallie, Travis, Lori, Tobey, Kevin). I am anxiously awaiting my vinyl fence.

This company does not communicate between employees. I had them come out to give me a quote on a pergola project. A week later I get an email saying they do not have the manpower to do the project or give me a quote. Not even the curtesy to call me back and say they are sorry for wasting my time. I have now received two different texts asking how they can help me with my project! If this is how they manage their business, I would not trust them with a project. Turn off the automated texts!

Your crew we had didn’t space the boards evenly throughout the fence and our front gate was crooked. Nothing we can do about the spacing of the boards but Waiting on getting the gate fixed. Very aggravated with how it looks for the price it costs us.

Had a great experience with Chelsey, recently had to get repairs due to a really bad storm. Chelsey took care of the repairs promptly. The technician, Luis Ramos, took his time and found damage not previously noticed by myself or my wife. He did a great job and was very professional! Highly recommend
