I think the fence is kind of flimsy. And there are two issues with the installation that I am not happy about but overall it was a good job. Good customer service.

I must admit to a bit of puzzlement from all these high quality reviews. During installation, we had issues with them submitting wrong with getting the permit. We had nothing but issues, and often we didn’t get a response. Once we got the permits, suddenly the whole office was closed, and our installation was put off for another week. No, they didn’t notify us prior, we found that out by calling the office and hearing it on their voicemail. We finally got them out here and they stopped working after 4 hours because of 5 minutes of rain after telling us it would be finished in one day. But, the real problems came after the storm… we lost the part they installed. Vinyl fences are supposed to be able to withstand a minimum of 65mph. We didn’t have that high of winds where I live. All the caps they installed blew off. (They are supposed to be glued on with vinyl cement, that was not done.) when we went to find out about getting our repairs, we discovered they had only put enough cement in the holes for 2 inches of the post… 3 feet is standard. This is why we lost the part they installed, and not the part the previous company had installed. When I called to discuss this with them, they said they would not stand behind their work because there was a storm. A quality installation would have saved us from losing the fence in the first place. (The storm hit just two months after installation.) Now we are going to have to pay a different company much more to fix what they didn’t do right in the first place.

These people earned another 5 star review. I have a double wide drive through gate that had to be repaired. They were timely, communicated well from the front desk to the job site, and put thought into the quality of the work that was done. I’m very pleased and impressed and will be using them again.
