Jeremy came to provide me with a quote for a gate. He texted me an amount with zero information about the motor or anything else. I asked for a quote on letterhead with a description on the automatic gate. Zero response. Terrible service. I have been waiting almost 3 months.

We had a vinyl fence installed at our home. They did a wonderful job. Their price was very competitive! The sales person Jeremy was very responsive and the workers that came were very professional and did a wonderful job! I highly recommend this company.

I just had 2 projects completed with Casa Valenzuela Construction. I first called them about replacing and old wooden fence in my back yard. I called several other companies before and they just couldn’t do what I wanted. Gabriel came out and quoted me for the project and we were able to get exactly what we wanted. It looks fantastic. After that project we had them come back a week later and install laminate flooring in the rest of our house where we had old carpet before. Once again they came in and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be calling them back when the next project is ready to go.

I needed a Vinyl gate for my mom’s property. After shopping around for several weeks I found Casa Valenzuela construction. They gave me a very reasonable estimate the next day and started work the following Monday. The work was completed the same day and the gate came out beautiful! Great company to consider using for future projects.

I called to get an estimate and they sent out Gabiel Sandoval who seemed to be in a hurry to leave and I don’t think he was listening to what I stated that I wanted & needed done. I stated that on the street side I did not want the same erosion and would need something like a layer of blocks or small foundation. When he left I felt like I knew I would have to get another estimate. When I got the estimate, it was incorrect and when I emailed Gabriel back that I did not want the same thing, I did not want the fence in dirt because of the erosion & high winds. He stated “dirt will continue to erode and eventually gap will increase under fence”.

Would give zero stars if possible. DO NOT HIRE! Don’t get me wrong, the fence looks great. It’s underneath the fence that there is a problem. Several of the water lines were damaged & broken. The supervisor (don’t remember his name, unfortunately) was VERY RUDE & said it wasn’t his problem. That we “signed a contract saying they were not responsible for broken pipes” I of course argued with him. Told him “the customer is always right” and it IS their responsibility! He said he was going to come by the next day to check. Never showed up or called, so I called him. Finally sent out a “plumber” who said it was repaired. No it was not. Now we have several leaks (as well as our neighbor) & had to turn off the sprinklers. We are now having to hand water everything! I don’t want to deal with them anymore. Not worth the fight with such rude people. Now we are going to have the expense of getting all the water lines checked & repaired. Remember, just because they are the least expensive company definitely doesn’t mean they are the best!
