Terribly unprofessional which is a shame because if they would have been honest and forthcoming I would still use them. Raphael always had an excuse.

If I could give them a zero I would. They stole my $4250 deposit for a vinyl fence. Eric Zabalza, and Yvonne deceived me. I tried to support a small business during COVID, and they took advantage of us. Sierra Fencing probably will change their name, but remember owner Eric Zabalza. They closed their offices and disappeared. BBB suspended Sierra Fencing business info because of so many complaints. They should be arrested, and feel ashamed for deceiving a single disabled parent. He stressed me out so much I almost ended back in the hospital with a flare. He is taking peoples savings, and hard earned money. COVID has ruined so many lives, and Eric with Sierra Fencing has made it worse.

NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER. Great to provide an estimate and collect the deposit BUT NEVER COME TO GET THE JOB DONE. It has been 5 MONTHS since I signed the contract and gave them the deposit. Now they won’t answer the phone or return my texts. AVOID making business with them

The only positive about this buisiness is the labor and finished product. That should be enough, but their customer service is absolutely awful. They will answer the phone for the initual estimate, expect for you to have the down payment for the project the same day they initially come out (How?) and once they finish the job and get your money, you can’t get in touch with them to save your own life. They refuse to call and say when they’re coming. They started the job on a holiday, Memorial Day, and the only way I was notified is because I CALLED THEM and the woman answering the phone let me know like a day or two before. They came and went as they pleased without any real communication. The fence looks nice but once they get their check, they probably block your number entirely. I have a 1 year warranty on my fence, and one of the wooden planks broke two months after the job was completed. For THREE WHOLE WEEKS I have called their number everyday. I have even called the cell phone number of the owner Eric. I have left numerous messages for them to fix ONE PLANK because it is covered under warranty. No one answers, no one follows up. Terrible with customer service, decent work with the actual fence. Update: still have not been able to get in contact with the owner or the business. The address they have listed is an empty lot. This business takes your money and runs once they finish the job. The “warranty” is a joke. One star.

Short story: they lack communication, steal money, and are unprofessional. Long story: We booked Sierra fencing in early March for a vinyl fence and gate project and we were told it would take 2-3 months to get the supplies. We were ok with this since we knew fencing is high in demand with little materials available, but 3 months passed and we were trying to get in contact with them for weeks and they just wouldn’t answer our call. We were left in the dark not knowing when our project would be started or if we would even get our money back. Finally they called back after 2-3 weeks of trying to contact them. They said they could do a chain link fence but we had agreed on a vinyl material. So I asked for a refund check and they did give me one. Turned out that they didn’t have sufficient funds to write that check and the check bounced back. So still no money back. It is now month 5 from the start date and still trying to get my money back.

False advertising. Need a vinyl fence installed. Sales person came out to say they only do chain link.

Sierra Fencing rescheduled my appointment for today but nobody never showed, called, nothing. I called the main number for the office and was told the quoter was on the way, at that point the quoter was running 10 minutes behind, she told me the person just left the office and will be to me shortly, I waited another 20 minutes. No one came or called. I called the office 2 hours after someone was supposed to show and no one answered. Both my neighbors used Sierra Fencing last year, they pretty much had the same communication issues.
