I’ve used Larry and the team @ Allison fence company for about 7 years for commercial and home production jobs. Through it all they have been great communicators, excellent with customer service and warranty items And quality installers.

Representative came out in May to measure area for my new fence and gate. I agreed with recommendation and paid the 50% deposit. I was told fence would arrive in 4-6 weeks. There have been multiple delays with me reaching out to Allison Fence on status of order. When they came to install fence, installers indicated that wrong measurements were given and they had to order a new gate and it would take about 4 weeks. It’s late September and I am still waiting for installation. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are not responsive and do not follow through on their commitments.

I was looking to put up a new fence in my yard and contacted this company. I spoke to a contractor, he asked me to send him some information regarding my property and the fence I’m looking for. I did that. A month went by without any response I called the company to follow up to see what was going on, and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I finally hung up. If this is the way I’m treated before I’m a customer, I can just imagine the way I’d be treated once they receive payment. Customer service is very important and this company lacks it immensely.

The only reason this isn’t Lower is because Larry tried his best to assist. His colleague didn’t care enough to respond. Simply tried to get a quote. What a hassle. I won’t be hiring this company
