We have tried everything we can think of to get this company to act honorably. While the initial experience was OK at best, customer service the moment they had our money has been terrible. With in 4 months we started to try to work with the company to fix the problems with our fence. We have made at least 10 phone calls and always get blown off and told “the owner is out of town”, “manager will call you”, “sales on the road will call you right back” They came to the house 1 time when we weren’t home then told us we could pay an additional $1000 to fix problems on a practically brand new fence. Big issues- When fence was installed the crew had to stop because 1/3 of the lumber was not pre-treated as we had paid for, had to settle for on the spot staining. Just a few months later the fence is clearly 2 different colors. Many of the main timbers are so warped the nails are pulling out. Gate has never worked correctly and is only getting worse. These are all fixable problems but the company has refused to fix the problems they cause by their shoddy materials and workmanship. Do not give this company your money unless you like a fence that is crooked and two different colors!
