I just had Dwayne from Invisible Fence out to look at a problem that has been difficult to diagnosis and he found it! He was prompt, communicative as to when he was arriving and super friendly! I highly recommend Invisible Fence for your Pets safety needs. Their customer service is top notch and Dwayne was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great experience overall. The person I spoke with was very helpful on the phone and was able to set me up within 4-5 days also answering all questions. David was my technician. He arrived exactly on time, was kind and patient while I got my kids ready for daycare, and let me have the time to figure out exactly where I wanted the boundary. David was able to explain everything and answer all of my questions. He is very friendly, professional, and an extremely hard worker. I definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to keep your dog safe around the home!

Outstanding company and product! Sarah fully explained how things work and answered all of our questions, it was an easy decision to make the purchase. The fence was installed three days later, and Mike came out twice to train us and Cable (our 3 month old Bluetick Coonhound pup). Three weeks later, and Cable is safely running, playing and digging holes in her yard. Very accommodating, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. Five years later, Chris came out for a service call, same outstanding experience. Friendly, knowledgeable and patiently explained everything. Very rare to find an experience like this today.

Dwayne was super helpful with all the installation of the invisible fence! It was quick and it made sure to utilize as much of the yard as possible (which I asked for.) Marty helped with all the follow up training sessions! He was amazing and help explain the process so well! Each session he made the appropriate adjustments to my dogs collar! Overall great experience!
