I had a positive experience with Anchor Fenceworks. Out of the 5 estimates I got for my fence installation, Anchor Fenceworks and one other fence company gave me estimates that were much more reasonably priced. I also liked that the estimator came to my house, did some measurements, went in his car and had an estimate for me in 10 minutes. This estimate was exactly what I paid (50% up front and 50% after completion). Most of the other fence contractors took 1-2 weeks to get me an estimate. One other fence contractor even called me 2-3 times after coming to my property saying that he needs to charge me more because he has to dig deeper holes than he thought and had to hand dig some holes because of the location where he wanted to put the posts. Anchor Fenceworks was also the only company that didn’t charge me a transaction fee for using a credit card. I don’t like how these credit card transaction fees are becoming the norm in the contracting world. I get that a company has to pay for credit card transactions but my belief is that this fee should be the responsibility of the merchant, not the consumer. A little less than a year after my fence was built and after a harsh AK winter, I noticed one of my gates was not latching properly. I gave Anchor Fenceworks a call and they came out to look at it. I thought it was just going to be replacing the latch with a couple of screws. It turned out that one of the posts slightly twisted and needed to be replaced. They came out and fixed this free of charge and even replaced a couple of pickets as well. Overall, I was very happy with the customer service I received even a year after the fence was installed.

Horrible customer service, unexpected gaps in fence, and gate hinges were mounted in reverse making it unusable. Called for them to fix and no help. Lowest bidder, get what ya pay for. Recommend looking elsewhere.

They just finished installing our fence today, and we are overly thrilled with the quality of work, Xavier Topkok, and the friendly guys!! Thank you so very much for everything!

bad service. rude guy on the phone. will never call here again. hung up the phone before i could even finish saying “have a nice day”. get a new worker👎🏻👎🏻

Anchor Fenceworks agreed to build a wood fence at my home and said they had availability in 6-8 weeks. I gave a 60% deposit payment at that time. After about 8 weeks they canceled to the job and were rude, arrogant and super unprofessional. They did refund the deposit but wasted 8 weeks time. Apparently they have plenty of jobs and are quite entitled and arrogant at this point.

I highly recommend Anchor Fencework. They did a great job installing my new cedar fence. The fence is beautiful. They worker seamlessly in removing my old, worn, tired fence and installing the new. All done in a matter of a few days. I will use again, no question.

I called 6/7/22 and initially got great response in getting a price quote for unrolling a section of my existing chain link fence to access my well for new pump. He did the work at the same time which took 15 minutes max.. I called at the end of the day to have it reinstalled and was told it would be put back at the end of the week. I called two more times with a time line given for work to be done by that Friday. With the 4th phone call this Friday, he acted surprised that no one had come by to fix it yet and that he would have someone come over right away. At 4 pm I called and asked what right away meant. I was told they must still be busy on their job for the day and they would have them come over tomorrow. I was surprised that they work on Saturday and a holiday weekend besides. He assured me they work on Saturdays. They did not come today once again. Meanwhile, the wild rabbits are eating my garden since the fence is down.

Anchor Fenceworks did an amazing job on the installation of our Chainlink fence. Xavier handled all of my questions and scheduling in a timely manner, answered his phone every time I called, and provided great customer service. The install team was friendly and provided excellent work. There was only one issue which was the door opening swung the wrong way but when I called to have it changed Xavier himself came out the same day to swap it. I would 10/10 recommend Anchor Fenceworks.

I set up an appointment for 4pm. On the day of, I called him 10 minutes before the appointment, just to confirm as I have had no shows in the past. He confirmed and seemed annoyed on the phone and sarcastically said, you may see me earlier. I called him back at 4:25 because he was not there but his message would not allow messages to be taken. He then showed up and sat on the phone on my driveway. When he got out I apologized for offending him and expected him to remark on why he was late. He didn’t and I when I said to him, you are a half hour late, he said he didn’t have to be there at all and left. i would never use someone SO inconsiderate about time, both mine and his. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! He was smug and happy about leaving. Odd.
