I have called them 4 times and it was a waste of time. First spoke with a woman, gave her my address and said they will stop by the next day nothing happened. I Called back after a week, again she took all my information and nothing. Called back for the third time and this time a man answered and no phone manners. I get it may be he thought I was a salesperson but after I told him the reason for my call he said he will be in my area the next day and nothing. Called again the lady answered and explained to her I was told someone would stop by. This time, I got a call from the man and finally met him and said he will e-mail me the price. It has been more than a week and I have been checking my email. Nothing. Good luck dealing with the company!

Barry was the best estimate we received and he seemed very knowledgeable. We hired his team to fix two rotted fence posts and replace the decking in the backyard. His communication up front and speed of the job were good; however the team just leaves when they have assessed the job to be complete. They forgot to complete one thing entirely and left one small plank missing from the decking. After reaching out they were back the next day to fix it. A couple weeks later we have two boards on the deck warping from rain where screws were not put in or placed closer to the middle of the board. He told me he’d be out to fix it two weeks ago, still no word after three follow ups. Be very careful to inspect the work before the team leaves if you hire them. It’s a good price but the quality of work is what you pay for.

This is the second time in 22 years we’ve hired Mill To You to construct our fence and custom gates. Barry and his team have done an excellent job both times. This time we chose cedar (previously had pressure-treated) and the fence and custom-designed gates came out beautiful. Mill To You craftsmanship is top-notch and they use quality lumber (not the cheap, thin boards that other companies use). They met every request I had and were very accommodating with quick scheduling and job completion, considering we had the unfortunate experience of our original 22-year old fence blowing over in a recent high wind storm and neighbors on both sides of us having dogs! I would highly recommend Barry and his team. They deliver high-end, quality fences and gates.

I replaced a chainlink fence with a beautiful cedar fence and privacy fence over 2 years ago. The finished product was exactly as I envisioned, the workers were efficient and polite and professional. A foreman was on site the entire time. I had a problem this year with my privacy fence; the support beams appeared to have rotted or broke. Mill-to-You came immediately to examine and then the very next day had crews out to fix the issue. I get so many compliments on my fence and would recommend this company and will use them again!
