I had a great experience with this company. I planned on getting new railing for my deck in my backyard, and everywhere I looked prices were insane and it would take weeks, even months to get materials. I contacted the office and they sent out someone the same day to my house for a quote. Not only that, but I was given a price of almost half what I was quoted before. The installation process was very professional and swift. They were in and out in a day! Everyone I spoke to over the phone and in person seemed genuinely happy to help me with any questions I had or concerns. I would absolutely recommend this company.

I purchased railings for my patio. Drove 2 hours and when i returned home the parts were wrong. I tried to talk with Jessica for 3 days and she did not call me back after repeated calls. Their customer service is very poor. Price is good but service is very bad!! my son will build a deck but we won’t use Great Railing.

Bought decent sized orders of railing twice. Both times I had a major problem with the order. First problem it looked like a forklift ran over the railing and they put it in a new box second problem they had level rail brackets in a stair rail box. The guy I spoke to on the phone seemed annoyed by my call. More than likely I will never purchase here again. I definitely wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

So many issues with my order, zero quality assurance on their end and one employee’s really bad attitude when contacted about correcting the problems. Missing pieces from the start, incorrect pieces provided several times and are a no show on three separate occasions so far. I’ll never purchase from them again, and would discourage anyone who values their time, money and patience from doing so as well.

This place does not reply to emails or answer the phone. The voicemail is full. In Google reviews, the owner suggests calling. Sir, no one answers or responds to emails.
