Highland Design + Build did a build – out of our 2nd story attic during the pandemic. We added an entertainment space, a bedroom, and re-worked a bathroom to fit our large family’s needs. It was important to us that the build – out match the rest of the house and they did an amazing job. It’s beautiful, merges seamlessly with the rest of the house and has added so much usable space to our home. Everyone there and their sub-contractors were responsive to our needs and so very kind to work with.

We had a wonderful experience with Highland Design + Build. They gave me the kitchen of my dreams that I never thought I could have with my existing space. A great experience with great people from beginning to end: they worked with us to first design the space to work better for our needs, guided us through selecting all the finishes and paint to ensure everything looked beautiful together, and then had a great plan to ensure the project was finished in the time projected. I’m left with space I absolutely love and the knowledge that I’ll be calling Highland Design + Build when I’m ready to do the bathrooms!

We had a great experience with Highland Design & Build. Throughout different moves, we have done many construction/renovation projects and Highland Design & Build has been the best to work with. Tom & Randi arre knowledgeable, communicative, organized, efficient, timely and on budget!! We created a recessed bar in the eaves of the roof upstairs and finished the basement, adding a gym and full bath. We love the finished product! Thank you!!

Highland (formerly Case) was great to work with! We remodeled our living room and kitchen and their design team was a tremendous help in streamlining our project. We lived in our house for majority of the construction and everyone who came through our was extremely professional. The project managers were very responsive and handled any issues that arose promptly! We ha e been finished for about a year now and everything still looks great and we haven’t had any issues with the work done. We highly recommend Highland Design Build!!

Highland Design + Build quoted a fair price on a number of projects we were considering, and did outstanding work on the project we selected. Tom was clear and up front about our options and the pricing, and was a helpful guide in our decision-making process. The project was started the day we expected and the guy (Brian) who did the work couldn’t have been nicer. The project wrapped up in good time, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product! This is the second time we’ve called on the Highland Design + Build, and we certainly plan to call them again when we have another home improvement project.

This company came highly recommended and they exceeded my expectation. The crew that came in were very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They were able to correct our issue and have everything just the way it was prior to the renovation. During the whole process, which was done very quickly, we hardly knew they were here. We will think of this company first on any projects that we have in the future.
