I am completing a siding job on my house and after getting 3 different quotes, selected NRG. My experience was similar to Mrs. Collins (see other posts on web) as I did not get what I paid for. The short version is NRG provided an “A” quote and sold me on their extensive experience in Tallahassee, but only provided “C” project work. I asked for an experienced crew or subcontractors they had a lot of confidence in and had used a lot. What I got was a poorly supervised brand new crew of two new subcontractors. One of the crew members was being trained on how to remove old siding on my project (his first time doing this). A lack of supervision and additional help turned a 3 or 3.5 days of work into 5 days of work. There was no supervision on the weekend when this new crew was working. Thankfully, Edwin and Willy did quality work as I supervised every day and spoke with them about their work. On the last day, Edwin and Willy were left to finish and I walked them around to ensure they understood how to properly complete a project so cleanup is complete. There were also issues with over ordering material and having to defend the fact that 440 square feet of siding was too much extra material for mistakes on a small house. Although I would recommend Edwin and Willy to complete any future jobs, I would not recommend using NRG for these and other reasons.

Installed vinyl windows on our 300sft porch & a sliding screen on our garage. Not going to lie, Daryl and Jamie ROCK! There was one issue, not their fault, on a previously installed door, Daryl had the patience of Job repairing and working to get the new door installed correctly. They cleaned up after themselves! They were completely respectful when our 3 little dogs needed potty breaks. Made sure to close the gate. CALL NRG, you won’t be sorry!

We have a screened porch by NRG. They have been extremely responsive and do quality work. Steve and his partner just did an awesome job sealing seems that had deteriorated. Recommend this company in the highest!

NRG did a fantastic job on our carport. 24 x16 in two days. Every phase of the project was flawless. From the bid until the end of the build.we were informed on the progress of the permitting to the arrival of the construction team. The end result is great. Wonderful company to work with. Thanks so much .

NRG is a company you can trust for any size project. We felt ours was somewhat complex and NRG was there through the entire process. Any issues or concerns we had got resolved and we leaned on their expertise to help us with our design. The results were fabulous! I would like to give a big shout out to Steve who brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism and is a joy to work with. He did not leave until we were completely satisfied.

NRG were easy to work with, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly, from beginning to end. The office kept us informed every step. The construction crew worked tirelessly and attended to all details. They were amazing. We now have a beautiful sunroom. We love it and are beyond pleased with NRG.

A few years ago, my husband and I had NRG update our sun room. We couldn’t have been more pleased. When I needed to upgrade my windows I didn’t hesitate to contact NRG to replace them. Laura Hoover, the Office Manager was so helpful setting everything up. Eric Sharkey who did the original windows measurement, couldn’t have been more pleasant and explained how the process would play out. When I told him that my next step was to replace my weary Venetian Blinds with Plantation Shutters, he told me that NRG could do that too! Brady was also very nice…he installed the Planation Shutters. The window installers were also very pleasant and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NRG Industries!

NRG replaced the windows in my home. From the initial visit for the quote through the installation they were helpful and professional. The office staff were accommodating with my schedule and acted quickly to get the process going in a very short timeframe. The installers were efficient and installed all 10 windows in one day and left the rooms clean. They responded quickly to an issue I had with some of the caulking and fixed it the very next day. I highly recommend NRG if you need your windows replaced.
