We cannot say enough about how amazing our experience has been working with Nick @ Prime Decks. He brought to life our backyard dream of having a screened in porch, deck, and stamped concrete patio. Nick’s cost proposal was in line with others we received, and he had much more experience and contributed ideas that others hadn’t thought of. This was a larger home project than we had ever done, and it felt comforting to be working with someone who had specific examples to show us that helped us envision what the back of our home would look like. The entire construction process went quickly (less than one month- even with rain delays), and we were kept informed about what to expect every step of the way. Nick was always responsive to our questions, and he kept the process moving along at a very fast pace. The final product is very high quality and looks wonderful! Nick even thought of some new ideas during the process that he implemented without any change to the budget or schedule. His team was always polite and professional, and they took care of the small details that make the space feel perfect. I’ve attached some pictures to show what Nick’s team built (we will landscape once the weather gets cooler). If you want to work with an experienced team who can create high-quality deck/patio/porch spaces quickly and at a very reasonable cost, then we highly recommend working with Nick and Prime Decks!!

We are extremely satisfied with Prime Decks and Nikolay Jantic in particular. His communications were top notch. His guys were here exactly when he said they would be. We knew precisely how long the project would take. The craftsmanship is really great. They cleaned up everything beautifully. I couldn’t say enough good things about Prime Decks.

I found Prime Decks with a Google Search. Nikolay responded immediately to my inquiry and was able to meet me the same day. What originally was just going to be adding stairs to our two-story deck, rapidly transformed into replacing the entire existing wood deck with Timbertech boards. The work was flawless! I reiterated to Nik several times “I want NICE” and his team went above and beyond. I’ve never had day laborers start at 8am and work past 3pm— these guys worked through lunch and stayed well past 5pm while it was still light out. They also came on the weekend to finish up the job. I had an existing stone patio that was going to be disjointed from where the new stairs landed. Nik’s stone subcontractor reconfigured the patio to look like it was always part of the landscape. Quality work, very professional team that works hard to finish the job efficiently. Strongly recommend these guys!

Nicolay is very knowledgeable, professional, and addressed our concerns throughout the build. His crew left the site organized and clean at the end of every day and they were very meticulous on the fit and finish details. Prime Decks was a pleasure to work with from the permitting process through completion and we are very happy with our Trex deck.

Fantastic experience! Our new composite deck looks wonderful. Nikolay was incredibly knowledgeable and addressed all the small problems that arose with our deck in such a tight space. The crew that came to work on the deck were polite, tidy and very hard-working. Out of the five estimates we got, prime decks gave the quickest build time and their pricing was competitive. Nikolay was present when the crew began working, and at the end of the project did a post-project inspection. We had absolutely no problems throughout the entire experience. I would use prime decks again and I would recommend them as well.

We had several projects to do. The electrician was able to get all the projects done in one day. He cleaned the tiny mess created from doing the work and was very efficient. The price was very fair. We will be using them for our next project as well.

Would highly recommend this company for your electrical needs. We had a need to run a 50amp outlet and disconnect box to the back of our house. They walked me through the options (running the wire inside and outside) as well as the pros and cons of each option. They also walked me through some of the regulations that are being considered/adhered to which was appreciated. They were very reasonably priced and he is extremely responsive via phone and text. We had to move their appointment 3 times due to conflicts with scheduling of another contractor that was out of our control and they were very flexible and accommodating on schedule.

I was having power issues this morning and I called this company for help. The owner was very responsive and said he can assist me. He did FaceTime with me and showed what I needed to do on the circuit breaker. After his assistance my power came back on. I will definitely use this company in the future and I give it a 5 star rating.

Johnny was amazing! He was able to diagnose and fix a breaker issue right away! I appreciate him fitting me in to his schedule within a day when the larger electric companies couldn’t get to me for two days.
