Do companies like this usually come out, give a quote, agree on a price say they need 1/2 down but not leave a work order or any kind of paperwork with the customer outlining the price, plan and choices chosen? I mean it’s a lot of money so there should be proof they were there right? Just wondering what experience the other customers have had since there is quite a mixed bag of reviews.

Called them 6-7 times last year and called once this year. Trying to get the built in gutters fixed. I can’t get anything except excuses.

Replaced our back patio awning and it looks great! I had to put the project on hold for a few months and the company honored the quote they provided, and completed the project within a reasonable timeframe. I was told it would be about 8 weeks once I put the deposit down and they were spot on! Job was done in a day, then they came back the next day to fix up a piece of siding that was not expected to need replacement. So thankful it is done and would highly recommend this company to anyone getting a flat pan awning.

Jim and his team have been incredibly helpful and creative! They took the time to design a unique equinox system for us to include our specific design requirements. They even went out of their way to install additional features to the system. They are professional with positive attitudes and the quality of their work is highlighted by the fact that our inspector asked us for their contact information. We highly recommend this team!

I got an estimate a couple of years ago for a 3 season room and was really impressed. Now that I am ready to move forward, I really wanted to see what Mr. Enclosure could do for me. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to get anyone to schedule time to come out. Will have to give business to someone else. Update-still working on getting on the schedule for an estimate. Hopefully I hear back from the owner soon.

My sunroom was built 24 years ago and we still are enjoying it. We have had no problems.
