I ordered 55 balusters from them and order came really quick but 7 were damaged so reached back to get them replaced and no response for 2 weeks. I ordered 7 more since I needed to finish the job which I received quickly. I called and emailed them few more time over the next several weeks and still no response. I understand it’s smaller order but there is a courtesy to communicate back. Disappointed

We are suprised how quickly our deck resurface was completed owing to Scott’s design and product expertise as well as his connection to skilled, reliable builders. The Deck Barn showroom together with Scott’s CAD drawing were essential for visualizing and planning our new deck. We are very happy with the result.

Scott helped with everything the entire time, from assisting with the plans, the permitting process, selecting and communicating with my installer. He’s very honest regarding the products he sells. Most important of all, he’s always there when you need him. The pricing was fair. Would highly recommend.

Scott and his team were phenomenal partners in our recent DIY deck resurfacing project. We were able to do the project for half the cost with Scott’s expertise and guidance along the way. My husband and I highly recommend Deck Barn for sourcing supplies and letting them help you build your dream deck. Products used: Wolf Serenity Decking in Amberwood with Black Walnut picture frame and Wolf Railing.

Never knew how involved getting a new deck could be. First finding the right contractor was daunting. Then choosing the right materials, color choices and railings were another task all in itself I ended up walking into the Deck Barn. Scott walked me through all of the products right their in the show room. Picked out a beautiful railing. On top of that they referred me to an awesome contractor. ….couldn’t be any easier
