Hi, Walter Cardwell here. I have been working with Scott and everytime i ask about my estimate he apologizes, says its a complicated remodel and i will have an estimate for you by next week. it has now been several months of this. Michael came by at the beginning and gave great ideas on what could be done, but yet i cant get an estimate. if your company cant do the work, you should probably just say that at the beginning so a customer can move on and find a company that can do the work. At this point clearly I will be taking my business elsewhere. Poor Service Do NOT use this company. I clearly dogged a bullet, they would have probably started the work and not completed it.

update: Mr. Johnson has updated his ad and they are MUCH better. Now we await hers…. The MOST annoying voices on their ad’s! Get new spokes people. The nasal whine is like nails on a chalk board. Who is advising you on these. Just when one ad has annoyed you, they repeat it again it on the local station. Can’t hit the mute button fast enough. Ego’s of the owners to see themselves on ad’s must be why they use this format. Hire an ad person because the constant barrage of your commercials just turns me off to ever using your services. The franchise name just makes me think “porta potty”. Life is all about choices, I guess.

It all started with Lead Estimator, Stephen Muller. He was very attentive to what services I wanted Johnny On The Spot (JOTS) to perform for me. Mr. Mutter was friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable to have JOTS to perform the services. The appointment date was set, and the team led by Otis Wilkins, Senior Manager, adjusted their schedule to fit my schedule. Mr. Wilkins and two other guys arrived on time and showed respect for my property and each other as they worked on the granite flooring in my kitchen, dining room, laundry area, and bathroom. After the granite flooring in the kitchen had been completed, I noticed some flaws. I contacted the company (JOTS), and immediately two managers, Michael and Stephen arrived to assess my concern. They returned to the office, Mr. Johnny Johnson, the owner, called and asked if he could come to my home to do an assessment also. He came within 15 minutes and gave suggestions and solutions for the flaws. He left and said that he would contact me as to what could be done. Within 30 minutes, Mr. Johnson, Mr. Wilkins, and two other guys arrived, and they all worked diligently to correct the problem. I highly recommend Johnny On The Spot (JOTS) to perform any job you have. They were personal, professional, and respectful throughout this entire ordeal. I am thankful for this dedicated team of guys that made certain I was completely satisfied with their work.

I wish to thank Chet and Jay for the professional job that they did in replacing our backyard deck that had deteriorated over the years. The gray composite that was used was of excellent quality and it added value to our house. I appreciate the time and the skill that Chet and Jay took to correct our construction on the deck that we built decades earlier. Will use them in the future.

The guys who came out to my house named Chet and jay were awesome. Super professional and friendly didn’t mind when I checked in on them to offer drinks and always respectfully declined. Gave me an awesome step by step summary of what they did and kept me in the loop throughout the day about their progress. If you hire from here ask for Chet and jay and you will get good work with some laughs thrown in.
