We have a Trex deck that has been needing repair. We called several contractors and even had one come out with a promise to come back in early spring of 2024 but didn’t. I called Crosby Home Services and Chris, the owner, came to the house a few minutes later and said he can schedule the repair for July. Repairs began on July 11th and completed on July 12th. Workers were courteous and professional and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend this company.

We could not be happier, with our newly completed deck. Chris met with us, and help us plan the details and materials. His crew, demolished, and took away all remnants of our old porch, and replaced it with a very well constructed deck. His crew was skilled, efficient and respectful.The workmanship was terrific, and the deck surpassed our expectations. We can recommend Crosby Home Services without reservation

We met Chris Crosby after having a very bad experience with another contractor, Chris was very professional polite and kept us informed during the entire process. His crew were extremely professional as well pleasant very friendly and did amazing work as you can see by the photos. My wife and I are extremely happy And couldn’t have asked for anything more. Kudos to Chris Crosby and his crew. If anything arises for us to have more construction work done Chris Crosby will be the person that we contact!

Chris Crosby and his crew did a splendid job repairing my deck. It was an extremely difficult job that other contractors declined to undertake. His bid was very competitive and reasonable. I heartily recommend Crosby Home Services for any work that requires skilled tradesmen.

Ended up doing my own general contracting. This company owner forgot to submit properly to the county building department our plans to get approval, and when we called the county 3-4 months later to check on status, they said they never received it! The owner didn’t mind keeping our deposit even though he blew it. According to the few reviews for Crosby, it seems company projects are successful, though, so go figure. I think he does care about quality if he does get to the point of beginning them.

We just had our deck remodeled and rebuilt by Crosby Home Services. We started the process last summer looking for people to come out and give us an estimate and talk over what it was we were looking for. Chris was one of two contractors that responded and was by far the most responsive (I realize that isn’t saying much these days, but it gets better)… Chris gave us an estimate, provided us engineering documents, worked with the city to receive the appropriate permits, walked us through the various schedules (permitting, materials delivery, footer installation, deck building, railing/gate install and the required inspections), and ultimately provided us with a STUNNING deck that we absolutely love. And BEST OF ALL…Chris was in constant communication with us throughout the entire process…not once did we have to chase him down, or wonder what was going on or what was happening next. If there was an issue (and there always is…) he responded immediately and his crew resolved whatever concerns we had. And, his crew showed up early every morning ready to work. We are very happy with Crosby Home Services and would definitely recommend them to build another beautiful deck!!
