I am a principal at a local elementary school and we wanted to create an outdoor learning area/shaded place for recess. We were not exactly sure what it would look like, but working with Frankie made it easy. He quickly gave examples of previous projects they have worked on and gave suggestions on what he thought would work and look the best. Once everything was delivered, the pavilion was put up quickly with little to no mess. Frankie has followed up to see how everything is going and has sent employees out to check to see if everything is situated. This has been a pretty easy process and I would recommend Outdoor Living for future projects.

Edit: 1/2024 Our project broke ground end of August 2022. While the majority of the project is completed and looks amazing, there have been multiple quality issues with electrical/lighting and finishing craftsmanship that have had to be corrected more than once to achieve a satisfactory outcome and are still ongoing at this time. June 2023: Current project in process. The original project was under quoted, what I mean by this is the things we asked for in the beginning were chosen as base prices and it ended up being more expensive for all the “upgrades” to get what we wanted and asked for to being with. The quote we were given was a basic outline, you can’t even tell what part of the project totals what. We had to keep track of our own bookkeeping. We were told 4-5 months to completion, it’s been a year and we aren’t even close to final product and cannot use our outdoor space. Still no kitchen/grill. Unreliable subcontractors. They used 2 different masons on the project, neither showed up or completed their portions of the work. Had to use 2 sets of electricians as well. Poor organization and communication on the project. Did not keep work site clean. Workers were smoking or on their phones wasting tons of time. For a massive project like ours we only had one guy working most days. Do not recommend for the money, the final product will be fine, wasn’t worth the headache.

Outdoor living set up a beautiful pergola on our patio. We’d been having trouble finding a company that would return our calls, but Outdoor Living did, and got us on their calendar. They built our pergola, and we love it! About a year later, two of the support beams for it developed vertical splits, that widened. They were warranted by the company that made them, and even though Outdoor Living was busy, they fit us in to replace them at no extra cost. We were very grateful that they took such good care of us. We would definitely use this company again.

Working with Frankie and the Outdoor Living crew was a fantastic experience. They did what the said they were going to do and they did an amazing job. My Pavilion, Fire pit, Pizza Oven platform and my grill cubby have changed the entire outdoor/Patio experience for us, our friends and family. Honestly I am wondering what else I can do out there. When I figure that out, my first call will be to Frankie and his team! If you have an idea or a dream for you yard, give them a call, they will help you make that a reality!
