Let me start by saying Superior Design deserves 1000 stars! For a little over a year, my husband and I have read about the energy audits Superior Design & Restoration offers. Just like many others, we wondered if this was real or a scam as most people say. We decided to see what it was all about and scheduled an energy audit. Brett came to our house, completed the audit. WOW, we learned a lot! IT IS THE REAL DEAL!!!! Our house was inefficient in so many ways. Brett was super knowledgeable and thoroughly explained his findings and how it would be fixed. The rebates and programs being offered really do exist. We needed new HVAC, insulation and trap door in attic & crawlspace sealed. From start to finish the whole crew and Superior Design were helpful, trustworthy, professional and they truly knocked it out of the park! Thank you Brett and the whole gang at Superior, our house is a happy place again! You all are truly amazing! I can only hope everyone reaches out to Superior and completes an energy audit, the money is out there don’t let it go to waste!

Well i just have to say i was impressed from start to finish. Very smooth painless process. Nick and Dave were helpful the entire process. Thanks to Edgar and his efficient crew of 7 my roof was knocked out in just a few hours. There was no mess what so ever in my yard and the rood looks great! They used my insurance company due to wind damage. Thanks Superior you have a great team.

Please DO NOT use this place! When my roof was replaced. Holes were left in my upper ceilings from the pressure of the nails from the outside. I was told someone was going to come back to see about repairing and they never did!! Been given the run around and still waiting on my warranty paperwork. I give ZERO stars!!!

I had 2 roofs replaced by Superior that had wind damage back in Aug 2023. The company did a great job working with my Insurance company. Superior PM Rick Jeselskis worked closely with me and addressed all my questions through the entire process. Working with a professional like him who actually cared was a pleasure.

Superior Design & Restoration made the process from first initiation & communication to the insurance company due to roof damage to completion effortless on my part. Every phase from initial communication and identification of the issue, reports, education, working in conjunction with the insurance company, payments, appointments & of course scheduling has been handled professionally. Their teams of contractors were respectful & hardworking. Their attention to detail, respecting my property, site clean-up & coordinating around my schedule, weather & vacation time was appreciated & exceeded my expections.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Rick the sales person came to our home and after he ate our food he bold faced lied to us. He told us we were signing an agreement to come out and look at our roof. They told us they were gonna pull shingles off our roof to look as if we actually needed the work done which was very shady so we decided not to move forward. Months later the send us a bill saying we owed them 1/3 deposit for the contract we signed. Untrustworthy and dishonest business practices. We can’t wait to go to court and expose what they did. Thank goodness for cameras. Reporting me as spam when we had a whole conversation and I have the text messages is insane. But that’s ok I’ll have my man submit a review, the person who you tried to scam and I’ll have him submit copies of the text messages saying that you were pulling the shingles off the roof.

I lost siding on my house due to a severe storm. I contacted Superior Design & Restoration and a gentleman from the company promptly came to talk to me. Dominick Sacco informed me that Superior would take care of my needs and would keep me informed of the progress every step of the way. Dominick kept his promise and made this experience enjoyable. I would recommend them for any problem pertaining to your house.

Everyone at this company has been outstanding. Alex and Mike always kept me up to date in the process and the crew who did the installation of my roof did an excellent job, including the clean-up.
