Alex and George helped us to explain process, measurement, estimate and choosing product, design, colors. Stephan as a project manager coordinate everything and address any smaller changes or needs. Constantin and Victor shown dedication and true craftsmanship. They did fabulous job on installing stairs, lighting, railing, fascia, floor and picture frames. They maintained clean work environment. Royal Deck resurfaced our approximately 2000 square foot deck with Trex Transend. The installation was complicated as the shape of the deck is not rectangular and did not include right angles. It also included a bench with a backing around the entire perimeter. The installation was completed in 2 weeks and looks stunningly beautiful. The 2-man installation crew, led by Constantine, were first-class professionals and perfectionists. They were very thoughtful and kept a very clean work area that they straightened every evening. We are extremely pleased with the end product and the entire construction process. We highly recommend Royal Deck to everyone interested in quality workmanship.

Royal Deck was very accommodating. From start to finish great communication. Work site kept clean and tidy. Deck is beautiful with high quality materials. Some caulking could be neater, but that would be my only complaint. Highly recommend photo is work in progress

We had an amazing experience with Royal Deck. They were patient with us and answered all of our questions and concerns. They were upfront with the cost and timelines. Once construction started it was done in less than a week and the people who worked on the deck showed up early and stayed late and were very polite and clean. I would 100% recommend this company. It took us time to decide as we went through many other bids and options. But I am confident we made the right decision. They did not disappoint.

We contacted Royal Deck and went to their showroom to talk about replacing our existing deck. After speaking to George we felt comfortable to move forward. The conversation was informative and helpful as he explained every step. Happily a couple weeks later we were told work could begin. Within four work days we had a new deck! Our construction team of Stephan and Victor were very professional, easy to talk to and answered all our questions and concerns. Their workmanship was outstanding, courteous and diligent. We contacted several decke builders for building new deck in 5/2024. After talking to each company, Alex from Royal Deck left us good impression with patience and excellent knowledge. After project was completed , we felt lucky to choose Royal Deck to build our beautiful new deck.
