I chose Patio Warehouse. They hung in for 8 months waiting for my HOA to finally approve my plans for a replacement patio cover. All the employees were SO helpful. My project took 3 days to complete. It’s so clean and modern. Marlon and Sal were my contractors. Two friendly and efficient young men that were very hard workers and respected my concerns. The whole experience was fast and easy. I contracted them to do 2 patio covers for 2 different properties. The final product of both turned out very nice. The process was a nightmare filled with delays and frustrations. If they had QC that would review the materials before they got to the job site, it would have alleviated a lot of the issues. What should have been 1-2 week projects, turned into 2 month projects. After they had started they would realize they didn’t have columns, or the panels were defective, or something was damaged. We had two different crews working on the two different projects at different times, neither seemed to have a sense of urgency, showing up late and leaving early. Working with the management and one of the owners of the company, they never took ownership of the issues and had someone else to blame. I personally would not use them again, but if you want a good price, nice final product, have time and are willing to deal with lots of frustrations; go for it.

From the quote to the final product, the company was very professional. The owner Jeff Shore was easy to work with and Mario the installer was exceptional. I would definitely recommend Patio Warehouse.

Cannot say enough good things about Patio Warehouse and the work they did with my patio cover replacement. From the initial visit to the final punch list, the sales reps and installers went above and beyond to work with me, answer questions, and respond to inquiries throughout the process. Employees practiced all coronavirus mitigation efforts when on my property and I felt fully safe when I would interface with them. We enjoyed our patio before, but we enjoy it so much more with our new cover installed by Patio Warehouse.

We had our 1970’s plexiglass sunroom replaced by Patio Warehouse. They answered every question I asked in a timely manner. Each step proceeded exactly as they told me it would. When it came to demo, haulaway, and installation, they were in and out in two days! They left the area clean and the new sunnroom is awesome! Bright, insulated and comfortable! Everybody we worked with on this project was friendly and knowledgeable.

My wife and I just had Patio Warehouse build a BEAUTIFUL gabled patio cover/roof over our patio. (I’m a very demanding, but reasonable, person. I never negotiate on price but I also NEVER, ever negotiate on quality. A phrase in life that I absolutely abhor is “I wish I would have.”) In a matter of several days, Mario and his associate, Freddie, built our BEAUTIFUL gabled patio roof. They displayed incredible workmanship, the likes of two perfectionists….as I am also one who recognizes, flawless perfection. I’ve never seen such hardworking, driven people! They have patio covers down to perfection. They worked several days, rarely taking a break, and they are focused on what they had to do, step by step. I am incredibly proud of the patio cover and it’s obvious display of beautiful workmanship. I’m looking forward to the very comfortable, cozy get-togethers of family and friends! Thank you so much, Patio Warehouse! Thank you, Jeff, Evonne, Tony, Mario, and Freddy! I couldn’t be more pleased!
