Had shower redone in hall bathroom. Requested low threshold (That is LOW THRESHOLD). Showed Adrian picture of product I wanted. Instead, got a negative threshold. Outer edge is lower than shower floor. SURPRISE. Floods bathroom. Called complained. Sent out a rude, incompetent, chauvinistic, sub intelligent idiot. He continued to say “Shower curtain too high”. That is not the issue. Showed him where water flows up channel in shower pan, that then flows out the low edge of shower. He even filmed it and sent picture to Adrian. He repeated “Shower curtain too high. I then told him not to say that again. I just proved to you what the issue is, you did not install the product I wanted, instead used a cheap faulty, poorly engineered shower pan. His solution was to install splash guard that is normally used at the wall edge of a shower tub combo. Now the water flows around that and floods the floor. I had the master bathroom shower re done by Reborn. They are very knowledgeable, know all shower products, have all answers, offer a variety of shower pan heights, (none of which are a negative flood edge), efficient, professional, polite. Do do not talk down to women. If I could afford it, I would have the So Cal shower disaster demolished and re done by Reborn. I am retired on a fixed income. I have removed the splash guard and have installed a shower pan dam on my own. So Cal is not aware this product exists. I asked for Adrian to come out several times. He only sent the rude jerk to verbally abuse me. After the splash guard was installed, then Adrian wanted to come out with a $25.00 gift card. I said don’t bother. Too little, too late.

Right from the start, our experience with So-Cal was great. We hired them at the start of the pandemic and the salesman, Mike, was awesome. We met him at the showroom and he showed all the different options for our new patio and we went with the high end model. Getting it started was delayed which is expected but once they started, they did not stop until it was perfect. Also Adrian, the contractor, was very receptive and answered all our questions. I highly recommend them and will hire them again for our next project

Total backyard and pool renovation — new driveway, gates, patio cover, porcelain paver hardscaping, pool coping/tile/plaster/plumbing replacement, electrical, landscape lighting, artificial turf for the dogs, drainage, shed area preparation… They did it all! This was a BIG job and someone was here working EVERY SINGLE DAY until it was finished. Want a contractor that works to please, works every day, and returns phone calls? Call these guys! We now use them for plumbing and electrical jobs, roof repair, some landscaping work, and other stuff because they give great customer service.

These guys were great! From our first meeting with sales (Mike) to our final inspection, Adrian and his crew did right by us. They are hardly our first contractor, but they are the first contractor we would recommend to our friends and the first contractor we would gladly work with on future projects. Why? They left us feeling good. We feel good about our beautiful deck and its cover and our new windows. But more, we feel good about the wonderfully functional communication Adrian (and Jennifer at the office) maintained. We feel good about the decision-making and problem-solving. We feel good about getting a fair deal for an expensive project. We had been dreading taking on this project, but Adrian made it all work out good. Now we can look forward to the next project with a much more positive attitude.

Worked with Adrian on a complete backyard makeover, including drainage system, patio cover, pavers, fire pit, lawn and irrigation system. The whole process from proposal to handoff went smoothly. Adrian and his crew were awesome. I got the patio cover that I wanted and it looks amazing. They did an amazing job with the install and answered any questions I had. I highly recommended working with SoCal contractors for your backyard project. Adrian and his team were awesome! It took a long time to decide on a contractor for my backyard remodel and throughout the bidding process it was clear that Adrian knew his stuff, had great prices, and even suggest things I would have never thought about doing, including a very unique allumawood/ natural wood combo patio cover. No construction project ever goes as expected of course, but throughout the process, Adrian was available to discuss our options and flexible with changes. We’re big on communication and that’s what really made the difference for us. We had other contractors involved, but Adrian and he’s team stood out to us because they were always in contact and available when needed. They were on time, did great work and always cleaned up there site on a daily basis. They never nickel and dimed us even though we changed plenty of things from the original scope. I’ve recommended his team to a number of my friends and family already! Thanks Adrian!
