Daniel started my project a year ago with the understanding I would be away for two months once he had the framework done and would continue when I got back.Daniel is a good worker when he is on site. I returned in June and have continuously tried to pin him down on the finishing,Particularly heating and air conditioning. I have always paid on time and have a balance of only 3000 left, he says we could get our own contractor for that, he is unable to do the job.He needs to call before I approach small claims court.

Changing my review till this is resolved. I had contracted this business to resolve an outdoor water drainage issue where all the rainwater pool under my car port which if it fills all the way up comes into my house. On June 6 2020. Daniel came out and put in all the drainage system. He had to come out a few times to fix the water flow as it wasn’t flowing out fast enough. Then a month later on July 9, 2020 he came back out to fix the drain under my car port. On Aug 13, 2020 I sent him a video of the drain under the car port still being backed up and pooling. He came out once more adjusted the flow of the drain again. Sept 3, 2020 sent Daniel another video of water flowing but the car port still backing up with water and the drainage system overflowing as water wasn’t going anywhere but under my car port. No response and nothing was done after this. Fast forward to April 28, 2021 the drainage system is still not flowing as it should. Sent a video again to Daniel about this issue. We discuss through email about him coming and having a look. Still no fix was done and no resolution. With several emails (also to an old email that was causing him issues and to a new email he had setup) of him saying he will fix this issue and him saying he will put me on there schedule to resolve this issue. As of October 26, 2021 Daniel has not responded to my email or my phone calls about coming to resolve this issue. Today January 4, 2022 almost whole 2 years later! An issue that has been going on for 2 years with no resolution with Daniel saying he will put me on the schedule or that when they have a project within Louisville area to come and look and or resolve the issue. ———————————————————————————————————————- Daniel and his team do great work. I’ve had a drainage issue for years and decided to do something about this year. Glad I waited! Not only did Daniel fix the issue but he came back just to see how it worked and if improvements were needed. Which there was and he fixed it! I think if there was more issues he’d probably be back out again. So far so good Daniel! I’d highly recommend him and his team.
