My wife found Top Homes Construction online. They were quick to respond to our inquire. They took our old Carolina room and enclosed it into a four season room. Easy to work with and response to our concerns. Windows were custom. *ceramic floor not done by them in pictures. Alex, JR and Michelle were easy to work with. Will look at using them in future projects.

Top Homes Construction built our free-standing garage and did an excellent job. From design through completion, the team and their sub-contractors were very responsive to all of our needs and challenges throughout construction. The building was constructed using only top quality materials, and always met or exceeded our expectations. We recommend them highly to everyone we encounter, and will definitely use them again for any future projects.

Top Homes Construction converted my lanai into a 3 season room. It came out beautiful. There were a few minor things that I wanted fixed and they were incredibly responsive and just wanted my total satisfaction. That is hard to find nowadays.

Father and son came out and repaired my outdoor kitchen grill that hasn’t worked since we moved in. Now it’s up any running perfect and we are throwing some steaks on tonight!! If I have any need in the future, I’ll be sure to contact them. They also do additions and new builds. I highly recommend them.

We vetted many companies and chose Top Homes to add our addition onto our home. We made a fantastic decision , the craftsmanship of the additional roof framing concrete pouring footings screening ceiling fan installation were Excellent . The management and workers all are extremely pleasant and on time . I recommend this company for anyone looking for a solid job to be completed . Top Homes Construction did an impressive job expanding our screened in porch. Horry County inspector for the framing and footing said “these guys went the extra mile on the amount of framing support and footing for the build, this porch will be here long after we’re gone”.This Family owned business does quality work and they are very competitive in price, you can rest assured they use quality material and have skilled workers. Alex Sr. and Alex Jr. From our family to yours, a sincere thank you for building our beautiful outdoor space which we will cherish for years to come. Give these professionals a call, no matter how small or big your project is, you will not be disappointed. I also want to share a story that happened while one of the workers asked to use our wheelbarrow and one of the arms broke, Jr said don’t worry, we’ll get fixed. They surprised us with a brand new one. 👍 Thank you again for your honesty and transparency.
