Everything started off well, but then the lack of communication is a big issue. I had financing questions and was told they were going to talk to owners and get back with me and never did, I had to get an update over a week later from the team working. I have tried emailing and reaching out to the sales about a question from the install and no one will respond to us.

Sump pump installation and buried our downspouts. I’ve been impressed from the initial consult. Job was explained to me thoroughly, the plan was implemented with clear communication and process was seamless.

Love, Love, LOVE this company. We got three estimates from three different companies, and Jamie gave us the best value and most informed estimate, by far. Jamie deserves a raise! He was super to work with. Excellent communication skills. He responded fast and was always available. What a top notch experience. Also really loved working with Miss Kelly – in the office. She was so responsive, professional and very nice. She really made a powerfully positive first impression, illustrating just how business should be done. The right way. Treating people with care, respect and kindness. Really impressed by her professionalism and pleasant personality. The crew Foreman was Brandon – he was an amazing Foreman. Brandon and his crew worked SO hard making sure we were happy, and clearly really cared about what we wanted, and what mattered most to us. We were so very blessed by these guys; super skilled, polite and professional. Also – even though it was dark and evening when they left, they cleaned up everything afterward! So thorough. Wow! We will definitely be calling Ground Up Foundation back again when we do our next project. We would give 10 stars if we could. Thank you so much y’all!!!!!!!!!!!! Our house if finally straight and feels amazing, like a house should feel !!!

Cory was our project design specialist. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. He was able to provide us with evidence based knowledge with a laser instrument and is a true expert in this field. The office staff was polite and friendly, helping walk us through the financial part of the project. And last but not least the crew that came out and worked on our property. Their attention to detail and work ethic is something to commend. If you are looking for a company that still has a hometown feel, I would highly recommend Ground Up. I can’t say enough good things about this company and was extremely impressed.

We had ground up do our foundation. Wonderful up front. The work has been finished and we had new cracks and my floor has dropped from the baseboard in my kitchen. I ask them to come back. They did and said it is because the ground is dried finally. Well they wanted to charge me more money to come back and fix what should have been addressed from the first bid. I spoke with Jim. He is the business partner. He could care less about my problem. I have ask several times for Derrick to call me back. Even their office staff understands that I am just asking for my home to be fixed from the part that I originally asked them to come out for. I feel like Corey got caught in the middle If there had just been some care through Jim I would have felt better. I am having to pay another company to come fix my home. I can’t get them to come out and take a picture to show me that they even did the work I paid for. I asked for pictures of before and after. Still waiting for a call back. Nothing Silence. And they were highly recommended as a small business that cares about their customers.

We were under contract on a property that was built around 1930. We had many questions about the condition and height of the crawl space and well as the overall integrity of the structure. Cory was available on short notice to come and inspect the home inside and out. He was so friendly and helpful to work with! He was extremely knowledgable and patiently took the time to fully educate us on the present condition as well as the future integrity of the home. His services saved us from taking on a project that would have cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars as well as lots of time and heartache. Our family is beyond grateful and would recommend Cory to evaluate any of your foundation concerns!! Ground up is hands down the company to hire! I will have them inspect ALL of my future purchases from now on! Cory is our guy!

A few months ago we noticed cracks near some of the doorframes in our home. Mark came over to inspect inside and under our house in the crawlspace to come up with a bid that could take care of the foundation issues we had. We really appreciated how he never made us feel pressured into any decisions and was always available to answer our questions during the entire process. We ended up splitting the job into two phases so we could afford it without financing and both times things were handled professionally and effectively by the crews that came out to work here. At the end of the second phase the crew found that some of the materials originally planned for wouldn’t be needed and were able to save us several thousand dollars off the final invoice as a result. Great experience by this company helping us handle what was an intimidating issue with our foundation repair to our home. Would definitely recommend.

Mark provided an honest opinion on a job that he would not bid on because it was not big enough. It saved me $7500 in unneeded repairs. I appreciated his honesty rather than selling me something i didn’t need. I will use him for other jobs in the near future.

Kelly and his crew did an amazing job replacing an old concrete pier under my house that was sinking. They were super quick and thorough and now I have a steel beam holding things up. They stayed late to make sure everything was good to go and explained everything throughout the whole process. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.
