I had high hopes and was excited to work with JM Remodeling & Construction. However, it appears the feelings weren’t mutual. I initially communicated through email and set up an appointment for an estimate to have a bathroom and porch remodeled/rebuilt. That occurred May 7th. I was told by the male and female that were over that an estimate would take about a week. Fast forward to May 20th; I still hadn’t heard anything, so I decided to send a reply email to the conversation thread used to set up the estimate appointment, asking the status of the estimate of work. No response or communication to this day. If there was no longer any interest in serving me, fine, but at least communicate that professionally. Rather than no communication at all.

Always have experienced quality workmanship on all our projects. Most recently with having our roof replaced. JM has responed to all our requests quickly. Have used their services since 2011. Recommend highly.

I had a great experience with Jake and his team. Although my project was a smaller, front porch replacement, I was treated like it was a major indoor remodel… timely, courteous, and professional workmanship. I will certainly call upon them again if the need arises.

Our experience with JM Remodeling was excellent. Josh came to discuss the project, had suggestions, and understood what we were looking to accomplish. Jake managed the project. Jake was easy to work with, kept us informed and protected our hardwood floors and furniture. The job was done in one week. They came in, started the job with the carpenter and electrician and completed it in one week. That was amazing! I couldn’t be more pleased with the finished product and with my experience working with Jake and Josh.

Josh at JM Remodeling is amazing to work with. He is a straight shooter, and very accommodating. JM did our roof many years ago, with a rebuild of rotted wood, and they have been responsive with any touch-up issues. When we need a new roof, I will be calling Josh. Catherine

We had an amazing experience with this company from our roof replacement years ago to our now brand new kitchen. They are amazing and will work with you and are so so friendly. They go above and beyond what is expected. I could contact them anytime of day with a fast response. We had a lot of good laughs with the planning and love the honesty of their professional opinions!! We will always have a connection with JM… Special thanks to Jim, Heather, Manuel and his son. You truly made our experience amazing!!! Beautiful work!! I love my new kitchen!!

We had a very outdated kitchen and half bath. Heather and Jim had a great vision that totally transformed the space into a functional and beautiful upgrade to our house. The work was done professionally by very skillful employees. We are thrilled with the results!

Working with Jim and Heather from JM Remodeling has been a pleasure. They say what they mean and do what they say. JM just replaced my roof after it started leaking into my kitchen. When I called, they were responsive. Heather came out the next day and gave me an estimate on my roof. The workmen completed the roof in two days and did an excellent job. After the job was complete, they cleaned up everywhere. No more leaking into my kitchen and my roof is beautiful. I love it. They are in the process of remodeling my bathroom and I am looking forward to seeing the end result. Jim and Heather have helped make decisions and have provided valuable feedback and guidance. I will definitely be using them again for any future house projects.
