This year we made a decision to convert a screened 3 season room to a 4 season room with the view of the wooded area in our backyard. We received a favorable quote from Patio Enclosures following acceptance of measurements and options for the project. All phases of the project were completed in a professional and timely manner. The room prep and build out were achieved per schedule. The quality of materials are at the highest level. Careful attention to detail by the construction crew is evident in the creation of a final product of a beautiful space to be enjoyed for many years.

My patio enclosure is a remarkable addition to my home which my family, friends and I will enjoy forever!!! My highest praise for those with whom I directly worked: Jason, Pam, Sonia and Tom. Jason was always available for any questions I might have, and Tom explained the building process and completed the job in a speedy and high quality manner. Kamil was so Wonderful to work with! So PROFESSIONAL & KNOWLEDGEABLE- Best Customer SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. Clearly explained ALL DETAILS AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS. Wish the World had MORE WONDERFUL YOUNG MEN LIKE HIM! HE WAS OUTSTANDING AND WENT WAY BEYOND BY HELPING ME TAKE OFF A FLAT TIRE ON MY JOHN DEERE. AND GETTING ME TO THE SERVICE DEALER TO DROP IT OFF. It was a slow process to start due to permitting issues. Once those were resolved, the actual construction took a few days and the end result is solid and I think will withstand the heaviest snow and wind gusts. Be careful of the GreenSky finance option to delay payments for a year and no interest if paid in full in that year. The year starts from the first draw, not from completion. First draw was June 2023 and completion in April 2024. So, even though did not have the cover until April 2024 (10 months after signing contract), full payment to avoid interest was due roughly 3 and 1/2 months after completion. Total scam by GreenSky. I would recommend Patio Enclosures as the end product is solid and excellent work by installers.

Absolutely perfect. The whole team, sales, to on-site measurements, installation and Chelsey as PM were GREAT to work with. Could not have asked for a better experience. Highly Recommend.

The product looks good and the installers did a good job up until they run out of parts to complete the installation. Not having all the required parts for completing the installation is completely unacceptable. It caused the completion of the installation and delivery of the final product close to a two months delay

We are happy to have our screened in 3 season room but there were multiple issues that showed up, especially after construction was completed. Some of the issues were not the construction company’s fault. A lack of attention was payed to the crew that did the installation of the room and then the electrical installation crew.

I was skeptical at first, it was taking a long time to get started. But 8 months later Rosario showed up and any concerns I had disappeared. He was awesome and very particular about everything he did. I was extremely happy he and Marcus did the sunroom. Rosario is definitely an asset to your company!!

Same old, same old. Agreed price with *****K to fix botched repair of caulking (based on photos I sent, not on site visit). *****A turns up with no material, not knowing what he’s supposed to do. When told, says he couldn’t do it in the way I had agreed with *****K, who then doubles the price. I reluctantly agree. Materials ordered about six weeks ago. No news. ****G (Regional Operations Manager) says last week he will chase up vendor and get back to me. He hasn’t yet. E-mails not returned as usual. You have to cajole to get a reply, which is always evasive and apologetic (“out of the office”, “out in the field” [not in my field], “this has been a difficult year for our company”, etc.). I have lost patience with these people (again).
