Our experience with this company was very negative. The employee who we initially worked with was responsive and friendly, at first. But once it was determined that insurance would only cover a localized repair of the damaged siding, and that they would not cover siding replacement for the entire house, the employee quit responding to any of my calls, emails, or texts. It is also important to note that when this same person first came to inspect the damaged siding in February, he removed the damaged pieces, which were damaged, but at least still in place and protecting the underside of the house. He then covered most of the exposed area with a tarp. Someone else came out to inspect the damage again in May, after months of me calling their office and asking for the work to be performed. He reassured us that they would get the work done soon. They never got back to us after that second visit. We have since found a different company to work with, and I suggest others do the same.

Professional, timely customer service. Lovely office space. I was quoted an appx cost of 30k for a basic half bathroom in finished attic or full bath in finished basement. Given there is no onsite quote initially and without a fee, It might be good to provide some type of ballpark estimate over the Phone or zoom for customers before the office meeting so there is no wasted time or gas – that is a cost in itself. Thanks

I’ve been attempting to get a quote from this company since 3/22/2024 and am continuously ghosted by the project manager. I’ve worked with several contractors over the past year remodeling our home and this has been by far the worst experience.

We recently bought a home that some immediate work that needed to be done. CRD were there to help right away and the quality of the work they did for us was excellent. We really appreciate the professionalism, the attention to detail and the speed in which they got the work completed. I highly recommend CRD to anyone needing or wanting work done in their home!

Called to schedule a Quote, on their website it says ‘get a free Quote” but when i spoke with their sales lady she off the bat quoted 20K without knowing the size of of deck and she said it would be 50 dollars for a Quote. not happy with it.

I contacted CRD Construction because I was looking for a deck builder. I visited their showroom to look at their different deck materials. And WOW I was impressed with their selection. I highly recommend you check out their showroom if you are looking to get a deck installed! You won’t be disappointed!

If you’re thinking of a patio this spring, you need to contact CRD now to have them design the perfect outdoor space for you. They’re not only amazing patio builders, they have an amazing showroom where you can check out all your materials first. I’d contact CRD before they’re booked out.

We had a great experience with CRD construction. We had water damage in our basement, and as first time home owners who had no experience with insurance claims, our project manager MJ made the entire experience smooth and easy. She communicated with our insurance company and was communicative during the process. Once work began, the foreman Chad and his team were polite and efficient. Again, they were good at communicating with us about their plans and the timeline for work. I can’t say enough about the great team at CRD – Our basement looks amazing and we will definitely be using CRD again for other home improvement projects.

Love our newly remodeled master bathroom! Joe and MJ were very nice to work with even when I would come up with a different design idea they were very supportive and accommodating to bring my vision to life. The construction crew was punctual, professional and kept things clean. Shout out to Chad, Javi and Hunter as well as all the other crew members that were involved in our remodel!
