Neutral on this company. Was n ot able to speak to anyone about products or services. They require coming to your location (for a nominal fee) in order to get any information. I’m exploring the art of the possible…not at a point of scheduling any company.

Our experience working with CMR has been outstanding! You feel like a friend, not a client when you meet and work with Craig and Carrie. The efficiency of the installation crew was exciting to watch, even working through the rain. They make sure every cut is perfect, showing how much pride they take in performing their craft. Owners in our condo community are now allowed to renovate their decks. Ours was the first, and CMR set a standard others will want to follow. CMR is a company you’ll enjoy doing business with. Had Craig install 5 patio screens and now I have an issue with 2 screens. Tried to get him to help resolve and he denied being and authorized dealer with the manufacturer. He offered to install a completely different product for big $$’s. All I need is to repair/replace 2 screens. I called the manufacturer and said they were not aware he was not an authorized installer any longer. Be careful as service after the fact may leave you “on you own to deal with and resolve”. For the readers…the response from the owner is not accurate. I never asked the repair to be free of charge. I have 2 screens that are tore and asked for help in getting them repaired or replaced. Craig came out said he no longer has a business relationship with the manufacturer and said you’re on your own. HE never said this is the last job installing this screens, otherwise I would have never purchased them. Now he is telling me after I posted my initial response that he called the manufacturer and while out of new production, I can get replacement screens. I had already contacted the manufacturer and will figure out how to get the material and installed. My review is accurate and my reason for posting was to share my experience.

Do not use this company!! They will charge you for an outdoor fireplace insert but actually give you one that is for indoors only. If they installed one for you they scammed you and installed one only rated for indoors. They won’t complete your job unless you sign a new agreement stating they only have to complete and fix what they deem is “fair” meaning they want to make more money and not complete the job as the contract you originally signed states. Our job started in June and is still not complete! They did not follow the state and county guidelines for installing electric even though it took 4 sets of people to come out to get it hooked up and it’s definitely not to code because we have pictures. Then they try to silence you so you can’t speak anything bad about their company or they won’t complete the job even though there is a contract. Run away from this place if you want the job completed correctly, timely and actually completed at all! I’ve also included a few of the pictures of the terrible work they did on top of trying to install an indoor only fireplace outdoors and not using licensed professionals to install the electric to code. There’s big chunks out of the bricks, big gaps, stone not straight, scratches on the trim, dents in the roof…the list can go on and on. It’s still not fixed and completed because they are not honoring the original contract and we won’t agree to their new terms. They want to fix and complete a couple things but not all of it and still want the same amount of money.
