Imperial just installed a dock and did an exceptional job. Two lifts, dock decking framed around ends, lighting and within a reasonable time frame. Carlos was great. He provided us with plans and we were able to contract with him with minimal effort. His teams were true professionals.

My project which including a new vinyl seawall, sea wall cap, dock, dock lift as well as removing and reinstalling an existing boat lift was completed on time and on budget. Carlos M was remarkable in his attentiveness. Kept me informed of issues encountered and how they were going to be resolved. He crew were polite, cleaned up the site at the end of every day and make changes to the details (cleat and light locations) without any fuss. Customer service is a lost art with most companies nowadays. Not with Carlos from Imperial. He and his team did an amazing job building a large dock for us. From design to permitting to construction, everything was done professionally and they made suggestions during construction to make the finished product even better. Even when there was a minor issue, Imperial stepped up and took care of it quickly. I have worked with many contractors on several construction projects, and I can honestly say this company is one of the best. Doing anything with a dock is at least a year process, so plan ahead, but wait extra to work with this company if you need to.

Kudos to Carlos and his team at Imperial Marine here on Marco Island for their phenomenal work and customer service! From the moment we started building our new home, through the construction period and now that we’ve moved into our home, Carlos and his team performed above expectations and delivered an outstanding, quality dock! His communication throughout the process and his attention to detail was excellent. IMC was the most responsive, easiest subcontractor we experienced during our 2-year build and continue to provide us excellent service as new owners. I signed a contract with Imperial for a seawall/dock replacement last November. They were able to start my job in January well ahead of estimates given by other companies bidding the job. I am very impressed with their commitment to quality and their work ethic. They are here on the job when they say. They work hard and make sure the job is done correctly.

I was going to contract with a different company when the person I was dealing with quit! I didn’t know the company but I did know the guy thru my builder. He explained what happened and recommended Imperial. I called & met Carlos (owner) in person and knew he was the right guy for the job. At first I was a bit hesitant due to some of the reviews on here but then after reading them I felt they were just old cranky bitties complaining about him not calling back or some litter. Only 1 real complaint & he said the boat fell off the lift with him on it. Unsure how that can even happen. But, I am very glad I went with them. Imperial is a family run business and they are outstanding to deal with from start to finish. Each & every one of them. Everything is done in-house, no subs. Not even the electrician. Also, they went above and beyond to install our dock/lift throwing in extras along the way. Trust me when I say, for the price, quality, execution, and timing, you just can’t go wrong with these guys. I would use them again and again and again.

I have had Imperial marine do work on two docks at my home on Marco Island. Carlos is a true professional in all my dealings with him and everyone involved with Imperial has been great from the teams who do the pilings, to the framers and the deck and lift installers right back to the office staff everyone has been professional and on time! Could not ask for a better experience with a firm working in a very competitive market place! I would highly recommend them for any work on the water at your home.

We had Imperial replace our dock 2 years ago. The price was considerably less than the other quotes. So I was apprehensive, but what a great job and 2years later still. I saw some of the negative reviews and thought I better tell my experience. A year later I removed a rail and had holes in a couple of boards. I called them to replace. They were out quickly and Carlos said it was free. When Ian hit our boat hit the dock and caused damage to the dock. They came out and fixed the dock for free again! In my book they are the best!
