Original job was great, but we needed some work done on the deck they built. Called and left multiple voice-mails and emails, but have received no response from this company. Maybe they’re out of business?

After being on many of the Decks Unlimited jobs, I can say that they are a top notch company with a great reputation! Their attention to detail is one of the best in the business!

I am very disappointed in this company. Decks Unlimited designed, built and completed a new deck for me in May of 2017. In August of 2018 I discovered significant water damage in my basement. The damage was from flashing not being installed correctly by Decks Unlimited when they tied the new deck into my existing house. The water leak must have been slow but steady and remained hidden over an extended period of time once the new deck was completed. I have had three different contractors tell me that the leak and resulting water damage was a direct result of the flashing not being done correctly. Specifically, the flashing stopped at a corner … DID NOT wrap around the corner … and then resumed on the other side of the corner. It was INCOMPLETE! I am most disappointed that Decks Unlimited would not admit that their work was the cause of the leak and the water damage. And I am disappointed that they did not offer to work with me to come to an agreeable settlement in helping me to repair the damage to my home. I do not recommend this company to build your deck.
