I hired TNT Home Improvements in May 2024 to complete an extensive renovation of my 50 year old, 400 sq. ft deck with an enclosed porch underneath. The completed project is outstanding. We couldn’t be happier. The project started with an in-depth evaluation and proposal by Dan. Dan is very knowledgable and is an excellent listener. He made multiple visits to the site and worked through multiple trade-offs with me. Dan brought in the owner, Tad, who is an engineer in his own right. The project had a complexity that Tad evaluated carefully and correctly. His assessment actually greatly simplified the project and dropped the cost and accelerated the schedule. A small crew arrived, led by a young man named Lake. At first I was concerned about his age, but Lake soon proved to be a wizard with wood. Lake and his co-worker Keegan worked diligently, paying great attention to detail. They arrived early every day and made significant progress each day, even on the hottest days. Their work ethic is exemplary. In addition to his skills with wood and construction, Lake proved to be an another excellent listener and readily addressed any minor questions and concerns that I brought up. I don’t expect every project to have the same kind of complexity that mine had, leading to price and schedule adjustments, but I can’t imagine a better outcome all around, than the new deck that TNT Home Improvements created for us. I am very very happy and would give six stars if I could.

They don’t stand by their work, they are unresponsive. They are rude. HUGE waste of money. SPARE YOURSELF AND LOOK ELSEWHERE

I hired T N T Home Improvements to construct a pergola on my home. Although it took longer than I’d like, it was no fault of the company (covid, materials shortage, etc). I couldn’t be more pleased. It looks beautiful, like it was built with original construction of the house. I was kept apprised of the project all the way through and when materials were available, construction went very quickly and smoothly. Casey the engineer was very professional and threw in a few little extras that were very much appreciated. Would recommend highly and will use them again for any future projects.
