We had a great experience with Sunsational Home Improvement. They installed a covered patio for our home in Eagle Mountain within ONE DAY. We were impressed by the work and their efforts to follow up with us to ensure we were satisfied–they even sent someone out to address a very small concern that we had. We would definitely recommend working with them for covered patio installation!

Great awning, and the worst delay excuses. They should be reaching out frequently to people who have deposited several thousand dollars on a project. The owner lady should not be allowed to speak with humans. Seriously good workmanship, just bad customer service. The sons who installed the awning were great for coming back to caulk leaky edges and fix a cable that came loose. You must call their cell directly for anything to get done with issues after install. Again, never call the lady owner.

I am pleased with the awning itself but the communication was horrible. I got a quote last year and was told it would be 3 months before install. 3 months passed, no one contacted me, so I reached out and was told because of supply chain it would be another month. Understandably this was out of their control, but this happened for another 3 months and each time I had to reach out to find out what was going on. I was told they couldn’t keep up with contacting all the customers with supply chain delays but I have a hard time believing a text once a month was not doable. Especially when I had already put down a $6,000 deposit. I finally got a call after Christmas that someone was at our house with the materials, no warning, we weren’t even home and they just showed up. This sort of poor communication continued throughout the project. It was finally put up by basically one man, which was a little concerning to me. After the project was done the installer left a huge mess, I was told multiple times he would come to clean it up. 6 months later, still no one has finished the cleanup and there are a few items that needed tweaking and I haven’t heard from the company in over 3 months. Again, I am pleased with awning, I was told many times that it was a small project, $12,000 to me does not seem small. The communication was awful and for that reason sadly I can not recommend them.

This company is amazing they are stepping in and taking care of an issue I had with Awnings Unlimited. They didn’t need to help me out as I had my awning installed by another company but they wanted to make sure they made everything right. I am very thankful for them helping me out. Please don’t go to the other company.

What a wonderful company and great people to work with ! The guys who installed it were great and so professional !! Love how it tuned out ! They even took the time to put the patio furniture back for me ! Thanks guys !!

The patio cover is exactly what we wanted. The owner, Steve Brewer worked with us to get the right model for our needs. The installers did a great job and got the job done in one day. They were pleasant and easy to communicate with. And they had to travel over 100 miles to get to our location.

quality product at a very competitive price. The salesman (Keith) was very professional and not pushy. The install team (Jason) was so great to work with! It took longer than we expected to get product in, but we felt that wasn’t the company’s fault. We are super-pleased with the final product. We live in a windy area and were worried about the aluminum being noisy, but it has not been an issue at all. We had 2 awnings done and they are quality built and make our outdoor area so much more usable. All of their recommendations proved to be great decisions, including color. would definitely recommend.

We were super happy with our experience from start to finish! Keith gave the estimate and helped us decide on the perfect awning! He was super personable and knowledgeable. The colors he suggested fit the house perfectly! Jason, who was in charge of installation, did a fantastic job and was great about keeping up on communication throughout the process. We absolutely LOVE our awning! Thank you Sunsational for making this a great experience and delivering a great quality product!
