We loved working with Black Label Built. Lance was very knowledgeable and able to help design our screen-in deck. He had great ideas and suggestions. We appreciated the communication. Chad and Domingo were the team that worked on our deck. They were kind, respectful, efficient and demonstrated excellent craftsmanship. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to transform their outdoor deck, porch, patio, etc.

Right now it is a June 22nd Saturday evening. We have had our new deck for 7 weeks. I believe I have had enough time to provide an informed opinion,on our experience with or Black Label Built deck. There was nothing wrong with our cedar deck which was original to our home. It was holding up well, however, the aesthetics just were not there. Last summer we really did not spend any time on our deck. My wife pushed for a new deck and reluctantly I agreed. She frequently walks the neighborhood and saw a number of decks in the Wilderness Hills area that were constructed by BLB. She contacted the owner, Lance, and an acceptable bid was provided. The work started on time and was completed in the quoted time frame for the bid price in spite of some crazy weather. Chad and Domingo artfully dodged the weather to complete our beautiful deck on time. The quality is exceptional and we couldn’t be happier. As a matter of fact I am writing this review while I am seated on the new deck. It is now my Zen spot to let the stress of the day drift away.

We recently had a portico put over our front door. (See pictures). The team from Black Label Built, Chris, Bryce, and Justin, did an outstanding job of fulfilling our wishes. We were extremely pleased with our deck rebuild and expansion done by Black Label Built. Everything was done exactly as explained prior by Lance. Quality couldn’t have been better. Chris, Brice, and Justin were wonderful to work with. Thanks guys!!

We are very pleased with the rebuild of our deck by Black Label Built. It is beautiful and very solid. Chad, Chris, and Dominique did a great job and were always willing to answer questions and discuss the building process. The craftmanship is superb.

This is the 3rd project I’ve working with the Black Label Built crew. I keep coming back, because quality matters. I don’t have to micro manage them because every time they get the job on schedule with impressive skill. There are plenty of ways you can cut corners on a deck to save some money, but that’s now how they do things. They do things right and always stand behind their Black Label quality standard. Highly recommend if quality matters to you.

After obtaining several disappointing estimates for new front porch railings, someone we know recommended Lance at Black Label Built. He responded quickly, provided thorough estimates including measurements, photos, and notes for his crew to follow. Lance communicated with us every single step of the way from estimate to project completion. We were able to get on the schedule for our railings very quickly. Lance’s crew (Justin and Brice) showed up early on the day the project was scheduled and got right to work. Justin and Brice completed the work exactly as expected. They were very skilled, professional and left the job site clean. We are thrilled with the new railings and will recommend Black Label Built to anyone seeking this type of work.

I highly recommend Black label built. From the first meeting with Lance to the last , he listened to my ideas and concerns regarding my existing deck and offered great suggestions. Very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. Want to give special acknowledgement to the installers, Chad and Domingo. They did a great job and were a pleasure to work with! The deck extension turned out great!
