Just had a bathoom remodel/addition completed by Yanis Remodeling and couldn’t be happier. We had a complex job that required a relocation of our water heater and furnace plus the addition of a shower turning an existing 1/2 bath into a 3/4 bath. The contractors used were experts in their specialities and was apparent in their quality of work. Mohamed had great communication and made daily trips to our house to keep a pulse on the project that was completed on-time and on-budget. Highly recommended.

Run, dont walk. Hiring this company was the biggest mistake of my life, we shopped multiple contractors and went with the middle price. We thought since the reviews were good and they had a physical location that we could rely on them. Issues started early on when we complained about cabinets not looking like they were going to line up and we were told to just wait until it was finished. Well its finished now and the cabinets are crooked still, even the pulls are crooked, and not just a little off but enough where you look at it and go wow…. We also purchased a very expensive quartzite slab and communicated that we were looking to ensure we had no seams. Since its a small kitchen that should’ve been- easy to do. Guess what when it came time to install they called and told me they needed a seam “because the slab was too big for the machine”. He promised us they would book match the veins for a seamless look. Well, they not only didn’t book match but they also didnt even set the veins to go the same direction, we were devastated. When I called to confront him about him promising book match he replied with “well maybe it would match”. Now onto the backsplash, I knew something was up when they weren’t using spacers, but they told me they were professionals and knew what they were doing. Well guess what, the tiles are uneven, grout lines different thicknesses and even the cuts are crooked on the tiles! They installed chipped tiles and missed parts of the grout. So you would hope that would be enough, but alas theres more. They mismeasured my landing and instead of redoing it to ensure it looked good they cut a small strip of board and placed it near the lip to account for their mis measuring. The owner has been nothing but rude once he received the majority of my money. He would not reply for days at a time and then would blame me for wanting things redone (which he never did). I gave him 3 opportunities to come out and fix things and he sent the same incompetent installer each time. I finally asked for a partial refund to fix the poor work and get the job to where it was supposed to be and he only replied telling me to “get a Job” (screenshots attached). His lack of communication and substandard installers turned this remodel into a complete nightmare and finding someone to touch his awful work has been next to impossible, no one wants to be responsible for what they might find and its going to require starting over to get the space to what it could have been had I hired someone else.

My remodeling project was done a few months ago . Originally I was not going to write a review but more I think about it more I realize this guy needs to be appreciated. Let me be honest we did hit a few bumpy roads toward the end but overall Mohammad did a great job in a very efficient way. Although it was a big project ( top to bottom renovation), he managed to finish everything in only a few weeks . He is very good at listening and always on time . Hamid

The contractor was very professional and gave honest opinions about the work I wanted to do. The crew was also professional and listened to my requests, which I really appreciated. I’m pleased with the quality of work I received! I will definitely use them again for future projects!

Absolutely amazing work. We had gutted our kitchen and our contractor fell thru. Mohammad came in and within a month we had the kitchen of our dreams. He was reasonably priced and his workers were fabulous. They came every day they were supposed to on time. They did excellent work. They were so friendly and professional. Everyone did an excellent job, the stone installer, the cabinet installers and the tile man. We could not have had a better experience. I would highly recommend Yanis Remodeling.
