Had a superb crew construct a new deck in just a few days! Everything went smoothly and communication through out the entire time from call to inquire about having deck built to the day finished. Can’t say enough about the carpenter crew assigned to my job: Jose, Andrew and Nova. They worked well with each other and were always respectful of my needs and concerns. Alex (Consultant) came out to house to meet and go over project with me and share what was available and how the process would work & drew up design of the deck as I relayed to him what I had in mind. Cassie (Production Manager) took over from Alex once he had contract & design done and Cassie kept me up to speed as to when crew would start on project and all came out for joint pre-construction meeting to go over design before beginning job to be sure everyone involved knew what job was going to entail. Carpenter crew kept job sight picked up and clean at end of each day. I certainly would recommend Coors Remodeling/Heavenly Decks for anyone interested in deck installation. Quality work! Great Team! Cassie, Vince, Alex, Andrew, and Nova all did a fanstic job in the replacement of my deck. They were all very curteous throughout the entire project and answered all of my questions as well. Alex was so nice during the presentation that it made feel like I was talking to my brother. I am happy with the time that Vince took to ensure the project was done right. I could tell it was exactly how he would do it on his own home. Andrew was extremely polite and worked very hard along side Vince the entire time. The office staff of Eva, Felice, and Dianna were also very helpful throughout the entire project. All in all I’m a happy camper and would reccomend the Coors and Heavenly Decks Team to any looking to replace or build a new deck!
