We signed a contract with ATC six months ago and gave them $15,000 deposit. They refuse to answer calls or texts. They won’t give us a date as to when they’re starting our project. Since they refuse to respond, I’m making this review. Unbelievably poor customer service!! They have a 1.0 score on Yelp.

Love this place and I’m literally not going to let anyone in my family or friends go anywhere else but at for any construction on their homes this place is the best

I contracted ATC to build a new deck and screen room. It took longer than expected, as with most things these days. I am certainly happy that I waited as we LOVE our new out door area. The actual install was done in a few days after they got the material in. Everyone was great to work with!

ATC created an enclosure on our patio. Ray, the owner, gave us some upgraded options before starting the job at no additional costs. Nice that Ray was on-site the entire time. Enclosure looks wonderful! His staff is so helpful, especially Kelsy.

We hired ATC to convert and enlarge a screened in porch to a sunroom. Ray and his crew did an excellent job, and we are very pleased with the end result. We were concerned that the addition would look like an afterthought, but ATC did an awesome job in making the room look like it “belonged”. Although supply chain did make for a quite lengthy process, we are certainly happy with the final product and would recommend ATC to anyone considering a sunroom!

I am pleased with this company! I had to wait a while but it was well worth it. They did what they said and I even asked for extra work and they fit it in. I love my new sunroom. They offer a quality product. Don’t be discouraged if the wait time is awhile. Enjoying my new space!

We hired ATC to tear down our existing deck and build a new Screened In-Porch. They did a fantastic job and the work exceeded expectations. The Porch is beautiful and compliments our home. Jim, who came out to do the estimate, was very friendly and informative. Ray, the owner, and staff are easy to work with and always answered our questions. The crew was professional and worked hard while they were here. We are needing him to come and seal the sunroom and paint and fix a few things now and he says they will take care of it, no problem! It is nice to know they will come out later and do any additional work needed. I would recommend them for any Screened In Porch build.

Ordered a screen room the middle of May and was told it would be done in July. Here we are ending September and not even started. We keep getting told the parts are coming. (Just like the check is in the mail). So updating this review after speaking to Ray, the manager about the issues, everything was rectified and the communication is now excellent. I’ll post another review after the installation and let everyone know how the final product is. Last update, the sunscreen room is in and they did an excellent job.

I have the most beautiful new screened in patio thanks to ATC Contractors! It was well worth the wait to have them install it for me!! I chose ATC , after getting four estimates, because of the professionalism of their salesman Jim! Jim is an honest individual and he spoke so highly of Ray, the owner/main installer. Everything he said was true! Ray was awesome! He and his crew worked diligently to create my screened in patio. And I love it!! Ray went above and beyond for me! My outside electric outlet decided to fail that day, and Ray ran to Home Depot for a new one and then installed it for me. He would not accept payment for this extra service! I highly recommend ATC Contractors! I would definitely use them again if the need should arise! Thank you ATC for my new happy place!!
