Deep Roots recently rebuilt my 20+ year-old deck to new appearance and better than new stability. The flooring was severely weathered and the original construction was not sturdy. The deck looks great and will now last for many years. I am totally pleased with the result.

We had a massive job with Deep Roots. Very large deck, opening up of a roofline and a few other projects. Melissa and the team were with us every step of the way keeping us updated and aware of anything that came up. Informed us of any delays and always answered our one million questions we had. We were not on site so we got picture updates almost daily! The crew was so hardworking and did a great job. Also they left the site clean! I have no doubts if we need another project done that we will be reaching out to them again! I would highly recommend them!

Had a great experience out of Deep Roots. Chris was quick with the quote and very open to changes on the quote until we got exactly what we wanted. The deck itself was definitely done right and was exactly what we wanted. The crew was awesome about letting us out of our driveway whenever necessary (not great parking situation) and actually replaced a little step into the basement that wasn’t even in the contract. Overall this was as great an experience as you can get on a major construction project being done on your home could be.

Deep Roots HI was an absolute pleasure to work with!! I had multiple questions and they were most patient with me. They also worked with me to get the design I wanted. They were awesome to work with when I asked to change a few things along the way. We had one issue with the product from the manufacturer and I did no even have to ask for Deep Roots to correct it. They were on it from the beginning. They worked overtime to make sure it was perfect…

Deep Roots did a fantastic job installing vinyl siding at one of our investment properties. They also replaced the roof on another one. Chris and Melissa follow up to ensure that every job is performed correctly. As soon as we get our next investment property, we will be contacting them again.
