I had several contractors bid on the expansion of our front porch. The job required getting the required permits from King County, the demo of the existing porch/roof, and rebuilding the structure at a larger scale. Long story short, I am VERY happy that I chose Longview for the project. The cost was lower than other bids and the carpentry was top-notch. Plus, Tony (owner) is a gentleman and easy to get along with. He’s not salesy or pushy, which I very much appreciated. I anticipate hiring Longview for future projects and have no hesitation recommending them to others.

Tony was great. We wanted a cover built over our patio. Many other builders we reached out to either would not built a cover over an already existing patio, or their bids were extremely expensive. Tony was happy to build us a patio cover and the price he bid it at was reasonable. He worked with us to figure out exactly the design we wanted, and then built it, and did a great job. We were glad to have worked with him and the patio cover is great.

I highly recommend Tony and his team. They built a new deck for me last month. They were professional and completed the project on time. I am very satisfied with the work and would definitely use them again for future deck work.

I am so happy I decided to go with Longview Construction. Tony and his crew were great! They always left the job site super clean and tidy. Tony worked with me while my wife and I made decisions about our final design! He was incredibly patient and meticulous with his attention to detail with every aspect of the job. I would work with him again in a heartbeat! Thanks Tony and Crew !

Tony and his crew have done two jobs for me. Both were completed on time on budget and exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t start a deck or fencing project without a bid from Tony.

Longview Construction (Tony) and crew did an AMAZING transformation to our back deck!! I sent Tony a picture of the style and colors that I wanted our new composite deck and rails (from wood) to look like. He was spot on with the final product!! Tony and crew were professional, friendly and fast workers. Super happy with the end results. I have a high standards bar, they definitely exceeded it!! I’d give 6 stars if I could!! I HIGHLY recommend Longview Construction to ALL my friends and family. What’re you waiting for? Give them a call!!

Highly recommended! I’m not one to write reviews but I thought their work deserved a review! From start to finish, Longview Construction went above and beyond my expectations. A neighbor recommended this company to me and after seeing how wonderful his deck turned out I gave them a call. Tony was polite and professional, quick to give me a quote, and communicated every step along the way. He gave me a timeline and stuck to it. Him and his crew cleaned up after themselves, were honest hard working men, and delivered an amazing deck at the end. 100% will be recommending him to all of my friends and family. It was nice not stressing about a project for once especially with all the bad contractor experiences I’ve had recently with my house remodel.

A friend of mine recommended this company to us, and we are very happy with the results.
