The team lead Rubin, and the project site manager Eddie were quick to answer any questions I had, though there were few because the project was well planned. It was about as turn key an experience as you could hope for such a project. We are well pleased!

Brawner, did a wonderful job building our deck. The quote was fair, the carpentry was superb. The finish subcontractors they used for painting etc. did outstanding work. Wesley and his crew were very professional all around and good to work with. We are very pleased with our new deck and look forward to using it for years to come. I’d absolutely use them again.

Brawner did an excellent job building our back porch deck, stairs, and 2 smaller decks. The construction crew, trim crew, and painters were all very professional. We are very pleased with their work and would definitely use them in the future. We were especially impressed with the hard work of Carlos and Tomas during construction.

They did an excellent job on my basement. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 is because there were several schedule slips, but Wesley jumped in and made up for the lost time. I would recommend them.

I first worked with Brawner Renovations on a deck refinishing project and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Later, I worked with Brawner Renovations on a significant interior renovation that involved removing load bearing walls to open up the floor plan of my 1930s Virginia Highland bungalow and re-routing plumbing and electrical to create a chef’s kitchen with a completely new layout and a lot of unique customizations to fit my desired way of using the space. While the project had ups and downs as any renovation of an old home will, the end result is amazing and has really transformed the space. I love it!
