Matt Brush of Holly Springs Builders built a screened in porch to our existing 8’x14’ slab in the rear of the house. We are beyond pleased with the results. From the initial consultation to the finished product, Matt’s professionalism and his attention to detail were exceptional. He explained in detail the work that was to be performed and made suggestions that would improve how the screened in porch would look. He answered all of our questions and concerns and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Even the contractors that he uses for the painting and electrical work were excellent and had high praise for the work that Matt does. We highly recommend Matt and would use him again.

Matt does great work, he built us a huge new deck and covered area which we use daily. All the other reviews are on point, professional, courteous, punctual, honest, knowledgeable, we could go on. If you are thinking of a project I recommend him highly.

Matt Brush built a 14×14 screened porch and 14×16 deck on the back of our house. Matt is one of the most knowledgeable and fair professionals I have ever dealt with, and he built one of the most beautiful and highest quality decks and screened porches I have seen. His high quality of work and affordable prices for the precise, detailed, and skilled work he does is the best. Not only does his work excel in the construction, his attention to detail is superb. What you get from his work is the highest of quality for construction down to refined finishing. He will work with you and give you options for pricing and is the best value. I recommend Holly Springs Builders to anyone as one of the best builders in the area for decks and porches and would gladly hire him again.

Matt (Holly Springs Builders) did an amazing job adapting an existing pergola/back patio covering to a fully enclosed screened-in porch. It took us a while to decide to move forward with this project, and every time we reached out, he came by the house, met with us personally, and patiently answered all of our questions. He was meticulous and detailed with the planning. He kept us fully informed of the progress of the project so we knew what to expect. We opted to paint ourselves to save a little money, and Matt explained everything we needed to do and even provided painting supplies for us to use/borrow. He went above and beyond to work with our timeline. Finally the quality of his work is outstanding. The screened-in porch turned out better than we could have imagined. Matt was a pleasure to work with and we would happily work with him again!

My wife and I had the good fortune to find Matt’s add in a magazine shortly after we bought our new house. We knew we wanted a screened in patio, but did not know where to find a reliable and trustworthy builder. His ad showed the type of structure we wanted so we called to get an estimate. Matt came to our home and listened to what we envisioned and came up with the plans to make it happen. Matt took care to all the permitting needed and proceeded to build our screened patio to well beyond our expectations. We were consulted during the whole process and kept informed every step of the way. Matt’s work is absolutely meticulous. He is detailed oriented and was more demanding of his work than we were. Considering how much wood had to be cut, I was amazed at how clean our yard and patio was. Every night and I mean every night the patio was swept and blown free of sawdust. In conclusion, Matt is amazing to work with. His craftsmanship is great, he is honest, and he shows up when he says he will. He goes above and beyond what is expected.

He was excellent worked with all our needs and design. He added a few design ideas as well that we took and are extremely pleased with. Kept the area very clean from nails, small pieces of wood and any scrap metal. HIghly recommend him and would use again.
