Daniel Builders updated two bathrooms in our home and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the finished product, everyone on the team was professional, detail oriented, polite and friendly. The quality and workmanship in the tiling, fixtures and overall design and construction is outstanding and has transformed our bathrooms into modern, functional spaces. The entire design-build process went smoothly and at no point did we ever have any reservations about contracting with Daniel Builders. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking high quality bathroom renovations.

We just finished the 3rd project in 2 years with Daniel Builders. Each time met and exceeded our expectations . Employees were efficient, cleaned up, excellent at their trade. Each of the project managers were very respectful of us, we were still living upstairs most of time. Especially Chris and Manny, would definitely recommend them for you home remodeling project

Consider this your warning. If you choose to go with Daniel Builders, make sure you check behind EVERYTHING they do. You cannot trust them to do things correctly. Very dishonest and untrustworthy. They will cut corners if they think they can get away with it and charge you top dollar.

Truly incredible experience start to finish. They built a boutique cottage for us and we are to the moon with the space. The entire process was exceptional from start to finish. They are the opposite of pushy. They truly want you to do something you feel comfortable with. The build process was incredibly seamless as well. The team onsite was beyond respectful and always friendly with our young kids. The workmanship was admirable to see first hand. We can’t wait to use Daniel Builders for many projects to come!

My wife and I selected Daniel Builders (DB) to remodel a Bedroom, Bathroom, and Laundry Room in our 40 year old home having been recommended to us by our Interior Designer and as such we have no reservations in Recommending DB to others as well. From our initial meeting to Launch the project to the Final sign-off, it was a pleasure working with them. The key aspect of Daniel Builders Construction company is their PEOPLE. Every person we interacted with during our project was Professional, Knowledgeable, a Listener, and was very Personable. In a few words, they were a JOY to work with! They assigned a dedicated Project manager, who was on site nearly every day that work was underway. When he was not on site, he was only a text away, and was very responsive. In addition to their excellent Team at Daniel Builders, their Subcontractors also had all of the characteristics of DB. Since we remained in our home during the Remodeling project, we were able to interact with the Subs on a daily basis, every single one of them was a pleasure to work with and each one of them conducted their work with minimal impact on my wife and I. As an example, since a complete Laundry room remodel was involved, they set up an area in our garage that we could use during the several weeks of our project, so we didn’t need to go to a Laundromat. As a result of the above, again we would recommend Daniel Builders without reservation for any home construction / remodeling project with similar needs as ours.

Daniel Builders is awesome! So professional and honest. Shout out to Manny for being so thorough in looking at my problem and being so honest about it (which turned out to be cosmetic and only needed some basic sealing around the windows). I WISH I could have used them, but this was something I can essentially take care of myself. If I were to need home repair, addition or work on my house I am definitely contacting Daniel Builders! Kudos to them for their integrity, very hard to find.

Daniel Builders replaced our old, original to the house stove/oven unit with an updated new appliance. Everyone involved was professional, friendly and clean. We appreciate them so much and if we have other projects of this nature we will be calling them first! Thanks guys!

We have used Daniel Builders for three projects in the past five years . Finishing our completely bare basement (walls, drywall, electrical, plumbing, tile floor). Renovating our kitchen (moving the island, new countertops and backsplash, painting). And, most recently, renovating our master bathroom (re-designing/enlarging the glass-enclosed shower, new tile floor and walls, new vanity top and sinks, new solid wood door with frosted glass). Attached are before and after photos from these projects. They are a well-run company and employ top-notch workers and sub-contractors. You may have to wait awhile to get on their schedule but it’s worth the wait.

We contacted Daniel Builders for a designer-build remodel to turn our outdated dining room and foyer into a home office/cozy den space. We cannot be more impressed with the final product, professionalism, and communications from Daniel Builders. Our only regret is not contacting them sooner! We look forward to having them remodel other areas of our home!
