The roof on our porch has been done, redone, and done again, but wait, leaking again. I repeated asked that hey hire a professional roofer, not a general carpenter to do this type of work. 4th time a charm? I think not. 50k for this porch.. I am 100% OVER IT. Someone needs to call me ASAP. Update: They sent an actual roofer as I requested and after several hard rainfalls I am hopeful that this issue is resolved. With all honesty the workers for this projext were fantastic. Managers tried to cut corners, caught be me as well as inspectors. I am glad I know enough about building to not be oblivious. Now that it is complete and dry, we are enjoying this addition.

My project was apparently too small for them. While disappointing, I do appreciate that the person who came to my house pretty much told me that right up front and didn’t waste my time. To cover their overhead as he described it, they would have to massively overcharge for small projects. I don’t pretend to understand that odd business model, but again he didn’t waste my time and that is something.

There is so much to be thankful for in choosing Archadeck to do our addition. We had them tear down our old deck and they built a 3 season deck with a 2nd tier below. Jorge’s crew were absolutely outstanding! They arrived EVERY morning (unless it rained) at 8am and worked all day. These men took pride in their work and as homeowners, that’s very much appreciated. Every day the project manager, Rodney, came by to see what was accomplished and sent me a text or email w/pictures. All work was coordinated thru Archadeck, such as, the electrician, painter… there was nothing we had to do. Jennie, the office admin, would send me emails accordingly. Doug helped us plan the design, materials… and was always available to us. Excellent communication and transparency between all parties-even the owner of the company was superb!!! Every consumer should have this type of peace of mind when having work done on their home. For many people, it’s the biggest asset they have!!! Thank you

If you are thinking about having a deck installed, do not waste your time considering who to build it for you. Archadeck will plan it to your taste, keep the established schedule, use only the best materials, and have it built by a master carpenter. My deck is a work of art and I could not be happier. My expectations were far exceeded.

This company is wonderful. They use your ideas and offer suggestions. They are prompt and show up when promised. They keep you informed every step of the way. The guys that did the actual building were knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. We had no issues with any of the work . I’d definitely recommend them and we’ll use them again if needed!

Jorge, his crew and the other sub contractors did an outstanding job on our Screened Porch. We are very pleased with the workmanship and the materials used and was completed in a timely manner. Now we have a 3 season area we can truly enjoy. Highly recommend Archadeck.
