We had John build a screened-in porch on our lake home two years ago and we love it! He did a fantastic job. So we asked him to remodel our main bathroom this year. John was very organized throughout the whole process as he helped us design it. Darrell was so meticulous and perfect in every step of the way. He was able to do everything from demolition to grouting the tile! THANK YOU so very much to the Expert Building Services team.

We hired Expert Building Services (EPS) to re-roof & replace our siding, fascia, soffits & trim. John & his crew went way beyond our expectations and did an awesome job. My retired contractor pal reviewed their work and agrees that these guys rock! If you need work done, we recommend them with absolutely no hesitation. John was super responsive and came out to see and quote my gutter problem the same day I contacted him! Expert Building Services was on it within a couple of days from agreement and they did such a great a great job removing old gutters and installing new aluminum gutters on my house. He even came back and recut the gutter to fit a rainwater barrel (not in original quote) and he built a platform for it and attached it to the house! It is absolutely what I envisioned and John made it happen! He also did some extras like raking some sand and putting down some grass seed and straw in an area that was all dirt and he hauled some tree branches away! Very very great service from this crew and I highly recommend them!

I had been struggling all summer, with several contractors to get someone to take on the project of repairs to my collapsing garage. Within 2 weeks of contacting Expert Building Services, I had my garage reinforced till they could actually complete all the repairs. They showed genuine concern for my predicament and making sure that I felt safe using the garage. They even found someone to shovel off the roof for me through the winter should we experience excessive snowfall and it needs to be removed to ease the load on the temporary supports. I will update my review, once the actual repairs are done (hopefully in early spring), but so far they have impressed to me that they actually want to help their customers and make it right.

Expert building services remodeled my bathroom and I couldn’t be happier. John and his team were amazing. He stayed within the budget and even finished earlier than expected!! He used quality supplies and I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been trying for 4 summers to get a contractor to build us a deck, I sure do understand that everyone is extremely busy and am glad they are .I got ahold of John @ Expert Building Services, t I had to leave a message, figured I’d never hear from them, called me back in a few minutes, he was over for a visit in a couple days, he said they were very busy, I was willing to be on a long list, they suddenly had a cancellation , and we have a beautiful new deck, They worked quickly, knew what they were doing, cleaned up nicely, great job. Thanks!

I called John at 8 a.m. and he was there by 10 a.m. He assessed the issues and gave me a variety of solutions. Very professional and knowledgeable. Update: The project was completed as planned and we were very pleased with the results. All the people that worked on the project were skilled, motivated, friendly and cleaned up the area before they left. We would definitely use Expert Building Services again.

Would definitely steer clear of this outfit, apparently scamming insurance companies is their deal. “We charge $300 to give a bid!” “Don’t worry, the insurance company will pay it!’ Funny, I thought the insurance company paid to fix your property that was damaged. How is adding unnecessary costs to the project helping anyone but the crooks taking the easy money? If they’re willing to scam the insurance company, they’ll scam you without hesitation!

John and his crew from Expert Building Services leveled our deck on our home and landscaped around the house. They worked in a timely manner and were receptive to any changes. The end result is great! About 5 years ago I had them level our bunk house and replace the windows and we were so impressed with their work that we hired them again for this most recent project. I would recommend them for any of your household needs.
