TrueDecks did an amazing job restoring my exotic wood (Ipe) massive two-level deck. It was looking in rough shape, but they cleaned and sealed it beautifully to its natural brown color. It had turned totally gray and was really unhappy with the appearance. I collected quotes from several other companies and TrueDecks came in the lowest, and actually one of their competitors came in more than 3 times TrueDecks’ quote. Very pleased and continue to stick with them to clean and seal my deck every two years.

I hired TrueDecks to restain my deck. They did and excellent job. The process was easy and everything was done on time. I reached out to TrueDecks (formally DeckMaster) a couple of weeks ago for an estimate on back landing and fence. They said they are so booked up that an appointment will be scheduled in two weeks. Carlos came by and was very nice and said our current back landing isnt up to code and will need to replace it. I explained to him, I am looking to do a Flagstone Patio as well so footings will need to be done prior. He then tries to tell me Flagstone is the worst and I should consider Pavers. I am not sure if he was trying to dissuade me because TrueDecks doesnt work with Flagstone and is just trying to make more money off us to hire them to do a Patio as well. I know everyone is entitled to their own opinion but he seemed a little to pushy and headstrong on us not doing Flagstone. After he left, he said he will speak to Construction Manager on what is the best form to do back landing with my Patio and Concrete. I received an email saying my estimate is ready, but when I clicked on it the first time, it said $0.00. I called the office and receptionist said not sure why it was sent out prematurely but will let Carlos know. I then received another email about my estimate that’s waiting. I clicked on it and the title says Back Landing, however summary of work says fence with a number that’s almost double the going rate. I tried calling Carlos to follow up about this and verify the price and scope of work but no answer so I left a message. I then called the Office again to explain the confusion and she said she remembers speaking with me before and is surprised the estimate isn’t done. She said she passed my message to Carlos but I told her he never got back to me. If you are looking for a good company and reasonable in price I suggest look elsewhere. I waited almost 2 weeks almost and I still cannot get a completed estimate or a response from sales associate.

DeckMasters, now TrueDecks, have being cleaning and staining my enclosed deck for many years and have always done an excellent job. They have also replaced the screening when needed. I recently had my deck done again and it looks great. I have found this company very easy to work with and very professional. Thank you for another wonderful job!

Incredible experience through estimate to completion. TERRIFIC PRICING. All staff were friendly and professional. Took great pains to safeguard plants bordering the flagstone patio, too. We had deck refinished and flagstones cleaned. I am so making this an annual event.

The guys from True Decks, Juan and Luis ( van #9) did a great job of cleaning the deck and fence, sanding the deck surface, and then staining the deck and fence.
